Ive been trying in practice tool for like 30 minutes, it says if i hit E and dont target any enemy i can recast again and land anywhere i want in the circle, why do i just plop back down in the same spot i casted it? ive tried everything, re casting right clicking, idk what im doing wtong

Small Correction: Neeko does not struggle into high mobility unless the high mobility has a good disengage like Leblanc. Neeko is very good at bullying melee asassins. She struggles into mages that outrange her like Xerath for example.

Her problem is she is super team dependent. She can't solo carry game: her skills AP scale is mediocre and she hates CC so much, and if your team decide to fool around you will lose the game. Therefore Ahri is unbelievable good on high elo and pro games and hell to play in low elo
