Great Video unfortunately as a Vlad OTP I feel like this video timing is bad. The nerfs to his items makes him even weaker earlier. To add to this you can't reliability one shot anymore. There's 3 flat pen items and two %pen. It's just not enough. Vlad has fallen from a hyper carry status. He's B toer on most sites and below a 50% wr. I'm not trying to say he's irrelevant but he's really old abd clunky. He's balanced around mobility to make up for his OP damage and healing. The thing is there a better healing champs, better damage champs, champs that do both and have more mobility. I really think he needs a visual and a midscope update. Not a whole rework just maybe a new passive on his E to deal with tanks or something. How can this champ be a hyper carry when even if he's the solo AP. They just build Fon, Rooken, jak sho with conditioning and put athemas on you. Everyone else stacks MR, your ADs are bad and now you can't carry. But I had 10 cs per min and a 9/0 lead in lane. Must be my fault that I couldn't counter cheap ass items that make champs literally unable to die. Game is a joke rn.
