You can worry as much as you want but thoughts , beliefs and worry would not make you gay but causes you to believe you are gay. Two different things.

How can I now for sure because their is this OCD CZcamsr that says you have to accept that you might be gay to get over this. I don't want to be gay

I have that too a severe kind but decided to consider the direction of noise outside of my head and since then I sometimes notice it and often not. 😀 it’s a heck of a nuisance but it is what it is and so many people, psychologists, physicians and so on all have it. Just give your focus to life and things you got to do rather than focusing on the sound. After a while you automatically not hearing it most of the time as your brain considers it as some outside noise and times in on what you need to hear rather than this “outside noise”z

Yes because it’s a small thing which helps her record to show she is reasonable and takes responsibility for her mistakes which makes her seem flexible and fair and gracious. It will also count for when she does not take responsibility for something of importance and would claim “I can’t apologize for every mistake that you make but I have always/ often apologized for my mistakes “ or you don’t remember that either? If you think that way then the same principals should apply to men as they also bond with their mate when they have such sexual connection before marriage. If so then ok but if it is just for one side and not the other then this philosophy is not natural and can not be exclusive only for one side of the relationship..After all we are all humans and subject to similar needs and emotional experiences.

Hello Karim, HOCD is one of the subsets of OCD and it seems to have become a type of OCD that causes concerns in so many heterosexuals who have never been homosexual and have no interested to be one yet the brain due to malfunction of the signalling system of the brain finds itself dealing with this disorder. I too did deal with intrusive thoughts which is part of the OCD family and needed to research the hell out of this topic and find out the work of the scholars and experts inn the field and lean how to rewire the brain to its default setting using OCD experts works and research. The difference for me was that I was old school and never concerned about it other than that it was annoying suggestion to me and images and intrusive thoughts of all kinds and needed to know what was happening in the brain as I knew I had no interest in such orientation. And yes I was born and raised in a Muslim country but I am not religious and don't run my life by religion but I do appreciate alll religions and find it necessary for all to believe in a higher power and do their best to be a better human being with powers beyond this physical world and that all religions have valuable things to teach us all.

Sometimes other people's prayers are stronger than the reach. You are a wise old man and I thank you for the videos. Insallah you will find your way to Allah again. I'm not saying that to humiliate you or make you look bad, but because real believers want people like you to be happy after death. Unfortunately, this is only a fleeting world. But who said I have lost my way to allah? 😀I just said I don’t govern my life by way of religion but not have deviated from belief in righteousness and believing in higher power( what ever whomever calls it God in any religion or language , allah in Islam as there only one higher power, only one god so believing in God is necessary and never been more necessary but that does not mean I believe or follow any Mullah or clergy as my relationship with god is direct and not through self proclaimed agents of god! 😊🙏

It is perfectly fine and that does not make you gay. I have had friends who act or talk or move in a more feminine way than what is considered masculine signature of movements and speaking and gestures when talking but they were absolutely not homosexual and clear heterosexual.

Men have different levels of energy and unless we have masculine and feminine energy ( both) we are not balanced and in some of us masculine men our feminine energy is more obvious yet we are as masculine as any other masculines so it all masculine with different mixture of the two important energies and that is natural and normal.

That is HOCD as without HOCD it will be an admiration or envy or recognition of competition or some type of jealousy feelings and when you are younger or even older you might feel attraction to a same gender not because you wish to be sexual with them but because you find them accommodating your need for protection, friendship, acceptance, part of a group or being looked upon as attractive yourself as it is the need for affirmation and establishing that you are good looking or liked by others and all many other need based feelings bringing about feelings of attraction towards same gender that could encourage, instigate, bring about or result in such need for such feelings and or experiencing such feeling, also when the same gender has certain characteristics that seems reassuring or protective to feel safe in this journey of life or represents femininity of some kind to which your biology reacts (to that feminine characteristic of theirs) or such feminine characteristics and resemblance to femininity of theirs produces in your body responses which are not your default expression of emotional responses, yet none of that is your sexual preferences but biological and psychological responses and reactions, but when it is reacting or responding in that way ( biological or emotional way), then it get as real as it would and you can not think it is anything else but real. But that is how HOCD behaves as without such examples of the reasoning for such reactions and responses as mentioned above, these are not in reality an actual preference or the biological inclination of the sufferer. But in general other than what was pointed out as some examples of biological and psychological responses and reactions, if one is not homosexual and does not prefer that inclination then it is always what it is" HOCD".
