Hey sir I've been suffering from hocd for a month , but the constant question in my head IS THIS HOCD OR JUST DENIAL? I cried night at the first few weeks , but now I just get a burning hurt in my chest . I can be with friends as same gender as a gang but when one of them are alone with me my intrusive thoughts kill me ! When I forget about this I find opposite gender attractive but suddenly this thought pops up I cry , I can't sleep at times ! I'm getting better, but the question is this just denial kills me!
