You know we are all super busy these days and if you have children like I do, its very difficult to have any spare time to experiment with food and give your family a balanced diet so I want to hopefully help out and show you some meals that will be relatively quick and easy to do.
Of course some of them may not seem so simple at first but once you have made them a couple of times it will be a piece of cake..( not literary ) You can’t eat cake everyday..Can you?
Remember you don’t have to make these dishes exactly like I am. Change the ingredients if there is something you don’t like.
Anyway join my on this journey as I learn new things with you and have fun doing it.

Apple Cinnamon crumble muffins
Ingredients
Crumb Topping
1/3 cup (67g) dark brown sugar
1 Tablespoon (15g) granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup (4 Tbsp; 56g) unsalted butter, melted
2/3 cup (84g) all-purpose flour
Muffins
1 and 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup (8 Tbsp; 113g) unsalted butter,
1/2 cup (100g) brown sugar
1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar
2 large eggs,
1/2 cup (120g) yogurt
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
2 apples

Ok, I'm a half decent cook, but my knife skills are lacking, especially since I have large hands. Putting my thumb and finger on the blade has helped so much!
Great recipe. I'd suggest using a mold next time to get good playing from your more expensive fish.

Thanks for the vid! How should the dough feel? Kind of grainy texture? It seem like it breaks a bit when rolled into a sausage.
Yes I probably shouldn't of put the extra flour on top.Next time I would make them more on the wet side. In the end they really did taste good.

I think you are correct. We were taught this way in college but it doesn't make much difference
Peeling the papers off while keeping the root on is a pain in the ass though

Yes more German. Other countries sometimes use a heavy clever style knife so you have the weight to come straight down on the food.

Verbally, it's a good technique, but you need to work on your technique.Because those cuts were horrible somewhere super thin.Some were thick and I've ended.You completely let an entire chunk of mushroom roll away.

This is great advise. Now I need a good sharp knife. Mine are dull and I’m on blood thinners. I was fighting with my knife today and was thinking I’m an accident waiting to happen.
Victorinox makes great quality affordable knifes. The one he is using is about 40$
