    3 medium russet potatoes, scrubbed
    ½ cup all-purpose flour,
    1 large egg yolk
    1 teaspoon salt

    Thanks for the vid! How should the dough feel? Kind of grainy texture? It seem like it breaks a bit when rolled into a sausage.

      Yes I probably shouldn't of put the extra flour on top.Next time I would make them more on the wet side.
      In the end they really did taste good.
