broccoli or squash

6 cloves garlic
1 tsp ginger paste
3 green onions/scallions
1 tsp garlic salt
1 teaspoon sugar
Little white pepper
1 tbsp oyster sauce
wine to taste!!
1 tablespoon oil
Dipping Sauce Ingredients
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp sweet chili sauce
Egg whites for sealing the parchment paper.
