Olive oil
Black pepper,
1 medium yellow onion (1 cup), finely diced
1/2 yellow bell pepper,
3 Tbsp butter,
1.5 cups bread crumbs
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
3 Tbsp mayonnaise
Minced Garlic
1/4 cup basil, finely minced
Dill, sour cream and yogurt for sauce
