I feel so bad for anyone who has this aggressive angry guy as a doctor and isn't allowed anastrozole when they are crying their eyes out uncontrollably from high estradiol. Reality means nothing to a doctor with a handful of 'studies' that sampled a few hundred people out of the 7 billion who live on this planet. The reality is that some people are just very sensitive to the effects of estradiol in their brains and they get insomnia and extreme crying and anxiety episodes. In order to have estradiol low enough they have to bring their testosterone all the way down to 300 to 400 ng/dL. It is also disingenuous to make up a fantasy that everyone with high estradiol is an obese alcoholic. Many of us have not had any fast food or alcohol in over 20 years and are not overweight, we just convert to estradiol at a high rate. Even on 1 mg of anastrozole I'm still at 57 pg/mL.

Keep in mind, once you start you can't stop because your body stops producing it's own testosterone and it will take months if not years for it to naturally come back. Injecting every 5 days for the rest of your life is a ton of injections, believe me. I messed up my last two shots somehow, I think I was too far back on one and got between muscles, hurt like heck for quite a while. Then my last one, not sure how I did it, but I got a big bump and it ended up turning into a faint yellow bruise, I think I actually went through a big vein on the way in. One bad shot in each arm LOL. Now I have to be creative and not hit those same spots. Also, you only have nerves in your skin, not in muscles. I go in slow, it only hurts going through your skin. Although going slowly through your muscles can hit a nerve which kind of makes you twitch a bit, kind of a weird feeling, no pain though unless you hit a vein. I tried to jump ahead once and did three days, I felt really good the next day then really really bad the following day. I'll stick with every five days with Sustanon. It's funny, when you first start you feel like you can inject every day until you get a few bad shots under your belt. On my very first shot I injected really fast and it hurt worse than any shot since. Now I inject much slower, like 30 seconds to inject 400 uL. The slower you go the less post injection pain you'll have. I've had quite a few that didn't hurt at all going in, and no pain afterwards.

Real world experience here. I used test enanthate 250mg/ml @ 750mg per week for 12 weeks. This consisted of injecting 1.5ml in one deltoid on mondays and 1.5ml in the opposite deltoid on thursdays. Im on s250, flick the syringe, then press the plunger until some of the meds come out. Thats how you eliminate any air. Delts may be a lil different compared to glutes and quads, but i still pull the plunger back a little to check for blood. Better safe than sorry

I'm 63 and have been taking very low dose Clomid for 4 years. I was taking 6.25 mg twice a week, test was 750. Lowered dose to just 6.25 mg once a week and test is still 742. Anyone else have such high levels from such a low dose?
