    If you lift weights the imbalance is even more pronounced. Whey protein is especially rich in the amino acids leucine and isoleucine which are the most critical ones for muscle synthesis and thus muscle growth. Easy to digest, relatively cheap, and rich in the most important AAs. Gram for gram you can't beat whey protein for muscle growth.

      Not everyone can digest whey protein. That’s more of a person to person tolerance level. Whey protein makes me feel extremely bloated. I haven’t tried pea protein yet but I may check it out.

    Takes more strategy, aka it doesn't work. You need to complete that particular nutritional value with a lot more food sources before you even start the other elements of nutritional needs,.. because its trash and not how humans are supposed to eat.
