  • Today I am discussing fitness and weight loss goals with Strength and Conditioning Specialist Ryan Faehnle. We both provide advice on setting realistic goals, building habits, and emphasize the importance of protein intake. We also discuss common mistakes in nutrition, understanding calorie deficit, and the benefits of weightlifting and cardio.
    Ryan recommends essential equipment for home workouts and shares insights on starting a hormone optimization journey.
