Jason Redman spent 10 years as an enlisted Navy SEAL and ten years as a SEAL officer leading SEAL teams in combat operations in Iraq and Afghanistan.
During a special operative mission in 2007, Redman was struck by machine gun fire. It first hit him in the left elbow, then in the right side of his face, entering his jaw and exiting through his nose.
He had to undergo dozens of surgeries and now he's an internationally-known motivational speaker and author of the just-released book Overcome: Crush Adversity with the Leadership Techniques of America's Toughest Warriors.

Thank you Jason, For finally coming back to your Monday muster. I am so glad. I have my partner in business. I choose my wife and my son along with my daughters. It so hard to work along with others who have their own ways of leading. At least with my family we have established our own way. So when the time comes to create that business that we want to start. it will go the wy that we have all planned.My uncle has already left us with a well established business. But my mom has to deal with other partners that want to do things their own way. My family and myself want to get away from that and established a business that does not envolve other partners that are not on the same page. We feel confident that we an go on our own and establish a business with out the head aches of these other partners. So yes choosing wisely is very important. Thank you for coming back Jason. knowledge transfer is very important. I am always great full for what you have to say.. You are a great leader. Not trying trying to kiss your a** either.
