Jason Redman spent 10 years as an enlisted Navy SEAL and ten years as a SEAL officer leading SEAL teams in combat operations in Iraq and Afghanistan.
During a special operative mission in 2007, Redman was struck by machine gun fire. It first hit him in the left elbow, then in the right side of his face, entering his jaw and exiting through his nose.
He had to undergo dozens of surgeries and now he's an internationally-known motivational speaker and author of the just-released book Overcome: Crush Adversity with the Leadership Techniques of America's Toughest Warriors.

Replay! Great message and topic that is very important today.
Thanks again JR - I'm glad to hear this message to the gentlemen. Gonna encourage it and recognize it for my husband and my friends. No Bad Days!
JR ! Way to start off in the new studio with a perfect Monday muster! I will literally now start my workout. Keep preaching brother.
Get after. It!! We need men that are setting that example!
Well Jason truly loved it. In my case I have to build my confidence in 5 dimension. Besides the four that you have mention I have to add that mental edge as well. My mind can tear me down if I let it. So I have to fight that aspect. The best thing is that I have been very greatfull with the wife that I have been with for 33 years. Who has been able to put up with my crap. There are a lot of Veterans who not been this lucky or blessed. Who have been fighting a battle on their own and my prayers go out to them. It is that mental challenge that breaks us at times. But Seals like your self has given me strength and I hope and pray that it has also given others the same. Thank you again Jason. Very Grateful for your service.
Hi Mark, Agreed 100% man. Under personal leadership _ I teach something called the Pentagon of Peak Performance and within that are both mental and emotional leadership! Appreciate the feedback and support!
Great message (as usual) great set and sound JRay! I'd bump up the No Bad Days sign a bit higher so it's not distracting from your pretty face my man (basic photography rules of horizon lines bisecting heads or other distracting elements around where you want the attention focused.)...plus it's dead area anyway. My dos centavos for a Monday my man.. thank you as always for kicking off the week!
Solid air - appreciate that advice as we get settled into our new studio!
