When a new companie is about to rise they have to deliver and they most likely do. Once they made themselves a name, alone the fact that something is made by this specific brand sells the product much better. Nintendo isnt in need to hit the new peak of a banger game. As long as the products sell.. Mario Kart Deluxe isnt bad. But i enjoy it as a normal game. There is no magic in there. Mario Party for switch is a mess. Party Games on Wii were bangers is still really enjoy playing today. Donkey Kong was great, Mario Party Galaxy, Sports Resort. New Switch Sports such a bad game compared to the original. ukwim

I find it really really weird that you didn't mention 2 of the worlds are locked behind defeating bosses as Mini Mario. A bit of a high skill level for a general audience to lock 2 entire worlds behind, imo. And you have to be paying attention to even spot the hint for it. I never knew that was how until seeing CZcams videos on it

Lol. I deliberately searched trying to find someone who loves this game as much as I do. Not being a huge fan of the first and never having played the second I wasn't really expecting much out of this. I was simply looking for something I hadn't played yet and borrowed it from my daughter. Within a few hours my jaw was on the floor. The puzzles are clever, the combat exhilarating, the boss fights are challenging and the animation (something very important to me) is of the best I've seen in a game. Full stop. This is Nintendo at the top of their game. The reason I play video games! A perfect 10 easy. Edit: wait...this wasn't developed by Nintendo?..the guys who makes the mediocre sports titles? Okay, now my jaw is really on the floor. I don't know exactly what Nintendo's process is with 3rd parties but considering Metroid Prime, Minish cap and this it's like they share some of their secret fairy dust or something.

the cappy mechanic nailed it. its not too complicated like fluid in sunshine, or too limited like luma in galaxy. even after finished this game, I just simply astonished by how many trick jump is possible while watching so many of odyssey challenge videos.

I think of mario kart ds even before the wii version. The online racing. The graphics for the time everyone had it. Multiplayer. What a time

This is my favorite videogame ever, I always cry reading Rosalina's storybook and also watching the lumas diving into the black hole in the end. The soundtrack is amazing and the galaxies are so memorable. I really love it

Mk7 is not bad, its actually pretty good, but when you compare to mk wii or mk8 it just have another vibe, wii was insanely fun and mk8 have some amazing graphic while improving everything that mk7 did, the only thing that I think mk7 did better than 8 is making so cars could fly more time compared to 8 where the cars most of the time fall when flying very fast

There's literally NO comparison or any competition when it comes to the LEGIT OG Mario Kart 64 man,of you know then you just know! Everyone has their own opinions which are great and all yeah, yeah, yeah, but when it comes to Mario Kart 64 just like 007 Golden Gun then others opinions if and when they say these aren't the BEST games ever made simply JUST DON'T MATTER and their words and opinions are honestly irrelevant as hell! The early 90s was the best DAMN time to be alive and i feel sorry for all the people before them years and for damn sure the little idiotic turds that are in this world now and that came much later after them years because they've honestly RUINED EVERYTHING and I truly mean that with all my heart and soul and for gods sake they don't even know what gender they're which is far beyond damn pathetic and sickening and twisted as hell,they also are ALL a bunch of soft, weak and butthurt pansies!

for me, it’s nostalgia. i played this game all the time when i was 7 in 2017. STORYTIME: in, i think, 2016, my parents played this game alot and i once walked in the room to see what they were doing. they let me play, too. i IMMEDIATELY fell in love. i don’t remember who i picked at first, but mom always played as peach and dad as toad. we played in multiplayer races that day. i quickly saw how op the lightning was and i would always want to get one. everytime i hit an item box i was like “please be lightning, please be lightning” and everytime i didn’t get one, i’d be like “aww.” it was so fun. my dad also had another game on the wii, and it was mario party 9. i tried it out and, once again, IMMEDIATELY fell in love. i would always pick koopa troopa cuz i always loved the sounds he made. another game i found, mario sports mix, i played alot too once i found it. for the next, like, two years, i played those three games NONSTOP. then, one day in early 2019, i went to turn on the wii, only to find out… it wouldn’t. i tried multiple times, but it wouldn’t come on. my dad came up to help me, but nothing happened. we came to the conclusion that… our wii was broken. i was heartbroken. i knew i would miss playing those games cuz of how much i loved ‘em. i still do, five years later. 😢😭

I think people would like it more if it was decompiled and ported to PC like the normal game, it would get rid of the silly touch controls or whatever

Just 100 percented this game again i played it si much as a kid i didnt even realize the controls were bad i just enjoyed finding all the secrets and exploring the world and enjoying myself way to much to care about controls. Playing it again after playing other titles i realized that the controls weren’t that good but i still loved replaying this game.
