The medical/ Pharmaceutical fraternity gives us a wrong concept about the immune system. The microbes attack the toxicity that possessed the cells inside out, not the cells directly. I am on permanent life long chemo for breast cancer which returned and it makes me ridiculously tired and extremely vulnerable to infection but none of this is visible to others so you tend to get judged by them more than you would if you broke your leg and were hobbling round on crutches 🤷‍♂️

I was diagnosed with RA a few years ago. But now my fatigue and body pain is much worse. So I got on you tube and have watched all things that have to do with Autoimmune diseases and the best help I have found is nutrition…eating can bring on flair ups or can relieve the symptoms. What an eye opener for me. I feel so much better and my blood work looks great. Sometimes we don’t want to change our eating habits because of the “ but I like it” we convince ourselves it’s not really food that hurts us. Learn as much as you can and just adopt the good habits and you will be better for it. God bless you Venus and I am so proud of you opening up about this important issue. People don’t want to hear that we are not well. Too bad we are on the road to becoming better Stewards of our bodies…no one else can do it for us 🙏🙋‍♀️💕🐩
