If you use the Silhouette mat to the transfer film it will print correctly every time.. also you must take out the last set of rollers. I have the Et8550 and it works great. I have printer 200 large A3 pages. Good Luck

Did you wait for the ink to dry? The advanced tips section of the paper that came with the kit says to buy I don’t find it drying even after 10 minutes!

Thanks for the video they said this kit only worked with white shirts im guessing it works with all color fabrics since this is not a white shirt .

Thanks for the video. I’m having this same problem. One thing I learned about DTF is that it’s a cold peel. The shirt looks good. Take your time and maybe try letting it cool a little longer. I hope there’s another video out showing how you fixed these issues.

thank you for this tutorial. I am praying about getting a sublimation printer. I see contradicting info.. and would love to know if I can do this. I will use DTF, DTF powder etc with sublimation ink

What paper setting do you put on the printer for dtf

yeah I just got my ET-15000 today and was so excited to to make larger prints but I can't even get the printer to see the film, much less print on it. My ET-2800 had no problem what-so-ever feeding the film (WITH NO TAPING TO ANOTHER PIECE OF PAPER) and it printed beautifully. I tried the taping method on the 15000 but that actually caused the paper to really jam. Changed printer settings a million times...nothing. I am at a complete loss. At this point, I wish I had roller marks because that would mean that I was actually able to print on the film.

Hello Monica, I am new to this image transfer world of wizardry so I find I sometimes don't understand everything that's going on in a video. I am very interested in the first method you showed in the video, using Polycrylic: A couple of questions if you don't mind: 1. Is there a name for that process, or is it just called 'the polycrylic method'? 2. Was that 'sublimation ink' you used or can regular printer ink be used? 3. I previously watched one of your videos on DTF image transfer using inkjet. Would this method work using DTF? I would love to see a video on that since I don't have any sublimation equipment!!! 4. Near the end of the conversation about this method, you mentioned something about doing 'Full Polycrylic', but I'm not sure what that meant. Could you explain more about that? Thank you, so much, for sharing your knowledge on image transfers. I'm continuing to watch your past videos to learn more, and looking forward to future posts.

so when you took the paper out it went straight to your printer the way you took out. so easy i was trying to see if it says front back on the sheets lol. thanks for your video now i know how to use mines

Hey, I think I got a bit of a good thing with the feeding of the film problem. First thing I did...I took some CARD STOCK I got from Hobby Lobby. I used Elmer's REPOSITIONABLE GLUE STICK...AND DABBED 3 PLACES ON TOP OF THE CARD STOCK. I laid the FILM on top of card stock...lining up edges.. Second thing: Being it card stock and film, I set the EP 15000 to print ENVELPOPE OR THICK PAPER, and GLOSSY. My paper is 8.5 x 11 letter size. I set the Printer Preference as well my Computer. Well, it went through that Printer like regular paper would.....to my delight!!!! Wish I could show how well that fed through, no roller marks either. The Repositionable glue can be rubbed off AFTER you powder the image. I know not all Fixes are different....BUT, this is definitely worth a shot for you and others to add to the arsenal. My card stock was white. Hope this helps...

Yep, exact same issues!!!!! It's not only with the film, but others are having issues with the films for screen printing. My question is what rollers (where) did you remove? I've taped the ends also like you have done, and it still gives me the paper jam error. Did you update your drivers? This is sooooo frustration.... Yep, like you NAILs....nope....money goes to my crafts....LOL

omg I am having the EXACT same issues with my printer and now with the paper peeling. I was soooo close to just screaming internally lol Then I found you and I see that I am not alone! lol I hope we can get this right, I have waisted so much film and tshirts ugh

I was wondering if you couldn't use heat tape to hold the glitter vinly while you are pressing it on the tooling leather?

Have you tried this brand for large format? I can’t get my printer to keep from paper jamming with large format DTF film.

Oh my goodness!!! I was very intimidated by using the HTVRONT sublimation for HTV as well. I only purchased the one that’s for dark fabrics so far. I purchased the sheets and several rolls. You’re doing an AMAZING job! Your tutorials are very thorough and helpful. Thank you for your transparency, and positive vibes. I’ll be using it first thing this morning to put a beautiful photo of a happy grandfather holding his newborn grandson on two T-shirts. Again, thank you for sharing your knowledge and technique!!! 😊
