- In this video I wanted to do a comparison of how the results would turn if I used an inkjet printer to do the DFT sublimation hack, and then compare it with the sublimation printer ink. As you will see, the results speak for themselves. thank you for stopping by my channel. For this video I used my Epson Econtank 2400 which had the inkjet ink, my Epson Ecotank 2720 which has sublimation ink, the CenDale DTF powder, and just a random DFT film from Amazon. I used my Vevor 16 x 20 inch heat press, and a pretty affordable griddle to cure my prints, which I also bought off Amazon..
the results are interesting. I will have to go get a griddle and try this out. Thanks, new subscriber!
Thank you. Happy to have you here. 😊
Interesting video! I love the graphics! 😀
Thank you so much. I appreciate it. 😊
On the ink jet what ink did you use? I changed mine to pigment ink. Also, have you figured out the 15000 I can not print with the film.
I did address that at the end of the video. I'll havebto look into the pigment ink.
Hi, can you tell me why you did 2 coatings of the powder on the second run? Thanks
I did two coats because the inkjet ink came out way lighter than the sublimation ink. Didn't really make a difference. I hope that helps. 😊
yes it did, thank you
That's so SAD!!! 😿
Have you ever tried pigment ink in an inkjet printer? I've seen some decent results on videos.
No I haven't. Maybe sometime in the near future
What heat press do you use?
This heat press is the Vevor 16 x 20 inch
Did You Use Pigment Ink For The Inkjet Printer?
No, this is just the ink that came with the printer
What type of ink
Its just the inkjet ink. Its not pigment ink or sublimation ink.
