ROCK SOLID! I’m happy to see my bench press form is good, and matches your technique in your video. Many fitness and strength training books match your advice. Oxygenation of muscles for 1 or 2 minutes works well. One minute for definition; and two or three minutes for strength and muscle mass.

Personally 5 min every day @ rings pullup & rows or dips & pushup once till faillure and some reps extra couple sec rest seems already to work. Wanting something fast&easy minimal i could do all my life time or no time. Training long & many machines couple times a week to get big then getting old losing all because no time /different life is what i see a lot. This is good to see just a couple basic compound exercises is more sustainable and enought for basic strength.
Go up the ladder 1-25 and all the way back down 25-1.

Just a thought. But have you considered taking a more proactive approach where you inspire people to train and make changes? In theory I agree with 90% of what you say. But you do come across as quite negative where a lot of your content is geared towards shaming people and complaining. Does it suck that we have an obesity epidemic, most people eat like shit, and don't train consistently? Definitely. But I will say that taking the approach of complaining and shaming won't inspire the average person struggling.

Growth on one nut at 12. Saved the nut but it caaused low T. Started trt in february. Crunches actually affect me now! I worked way harder than anyone for the slightest bit of progress my whole life and never thought of THIS. My mom is an idiot lolol 😅 not until complaning of suicide did the dr throw a bunch of tests at me to even think of testosterone levels. I didn't think this would have any effect on my muscles because it's not an anabolic steroid. Not until 4 months in I realized I'm looking really good and I have not had any exercise. Now im all lifting and taking vitamin D3. Lol take care and maybe your message will help somene suffering like I was.
