    It was such a fun time to be alive when 300 came out in theaters. I’d love to know what that movie did for gym membership enrollments.

    “One of the best workouts by Bobby Maximus” is a bit disingenuous. Not trying to be a troll, but Bobby wasn’t even at Gym Jones during the filming or training of 300. He was careful in the video to not claim that he was, but all the phrasing in the title and video would lead to the inference that he was participant in 300. Mark Twight created the 300 circuit well prior to Bobby’s time at Gym Jones

      I've never claimed to be the inventor of the "300" workout. That training was done by Mark Twight, and an enormous part of it by Logan Hood. That said I ran Gym Jones for a decade so outside of those two you won't find a person who knows more about that training than I. In addition what in the title would make you feel better. It's me breaking down a workout. I would write it the same way if I was doing "Fran". I'd day "Fran" by Bobby Maximus as I'm demoing the workout and doing it in my video. Would the word "with" instead of by make you feel better?

      @@OfficialBobbyMaximushe's right man. The title absolutely infers the workout is yours, intentional or not...
      Plus, Spartans trained with sword and shield and spear and fought bare knuckle in pits. They were warriors, not 9 to office workers looking to improve their cardio and desk posture. Spartan workout my arse 😂

      Dont be a troll, bobby was the general manager of gym jones,fact.
      I seen a thing online from mark twigth he states about bobby ,"he took more than he gave" bobby was good enough to be general manager for mark twigth but know he is succesfull and made the name bobby maximus a good business model, sounds like sour grapes from mark twigth, never speak ill of fellow workers sounds bad, keep the great work booby ,its like doing a workout with bench presses and squats bobby didnt invent those either😅

    Great workout. Only thing i disagree with is the no belt logic. Putting on the belt helps me get a better focus on core expansion when lifting heavier. Yes i dont have one in everyday life, but if i can strengthen beyond what id pick up outside the gym, thats a big win.

    • @Pmedic605
      @Pmedic605 Před měsícem

      135 lbs isn't heavy. You don't need a belt.

      @famasvision3333 I can respect that. I look at it a bit differently coming from a previous back injury. The belt helped me to get back up to speed and return to heavier weights.

      I don't mind a slight kip. The strict portion for me is chin about the bar and arms extended at the bottom.
