    I’m 61, and I’m not a “kit car.” I’m more like a car about to be recycled. Just joking! I have a long way to go.
    ROCK SOLID! I’m happy to see my bench press form is good, and matches your technique in your video.
    Many fitness and strength training books match your advice. Oxygenation of muscles for 1 or 2 minutes works well. One minute for definition; and two or three minutes for strength and muscle mass.

    That thumbnail with you and MoS reminded me of when Mark Twight and the old Gym Jones was still around. Never did found out what happened there, it just sucks that it did.
    You guy were a HUUUUGE inspiration for me and my works during those days. Followed them and the meal plan to a T. You guys helped me to look similar to Henry Cavill in MoS. So, thank you, if you ever read this.

    Hey man you have realy good and hard exercises, I admit that because I try some of them, but all you said about your pass doesn't mean you are something special, many other mans were in Ufc or part of special forces soo you are not only who know something.

      He is basically to provide credentials. If you are looking for a quarterback coach, you probably would want someone that played at a high level, or a pitching coach, etc.. does it mean he is the best, that's subjective, but it does mean he has tested his theories on a few people who have succeeded at a high level and him being one of them.
