hello, thanks for the video. I can do the sit up and kettlebell step ups. Gotta implement the overhead press. I just don't do them. I now understand the importance of the over head press. it will be awhile before i can do the overhead press plus squat. lol
Same here as well. Overhead press is hard but I'm going to try my best even if I have to start on very low weights
