Why do people change from 160 to 140?
Now using the Lake size chart wearing socks and adding 5mm as they say to do my size comes out to 44.5 in a wide.A lake sales rep told me to size up to a 45 wide. Can I ask what you did for size??
Does it fit in bottom bracket area with rivets
Hi Steve - how about a long term review? Still using the Lakes?
so the specialize stiero plus and ism ps 1.0,which is better.thanks
I got 2 of these handlebars and they have even outlasted one bike and now being used in a new bike build. Highly recommend these handle bars, have been using them for many years.
That saddle costs more than the bike. Ha ha ha.
I use an original unpadded Infinity saddle. I put a Fox cover on it so I don't have to field comments on every ride. It is the only saddle that does not generate any issues whatsoever in the posterior region. I will buy another if this one ever breaks. Works for me. I noticed a commenter said his seat(s) had broken. I have had mine about 5 years and no problem.
Quick question can u put 28mm tires on it ?
@@maroone5 Yes. No problem.
I am wearing Shimano mens size 44 wide that are too narrow.Where can I buy Lake cycling shoes in Wisconsin?
They’re both too big for your face
Such an unnecessary experiment but so important for my decision when buying or already bought. Ps mine arrived yesterday but I didn't want to take that risk by testing it like this. 😂
very stupid method
What kind of shorts were you using, almost all shorts today have that ridiculous thick padding. We don't need padding we need a thin anti-friction layer, somehow this friction layer has morphed into a padding monster where seems are thick and cut deep. I am going to buy a sewing machine if I can't get the same shorts I used 35 years ago in my pro racing days. Some very rare triathlon shorts are out there with this thinner friction layer, but are rare and impossible to find. Most of the shorts are designed for conventional saddles, you may try some Lycra shorts with no liner to see if the ISM work better for you on a short ride, if yes, then you and I may have to make our own shorts.
Nice video! what gopro are you using ?
Thank you for this video. Been wondering about these, but my main concern is the width at the horn, these are very wide and I have very large wide legs, the inside of my legs will probably be rubbing on his horn and not possible to use...IF the sit bones are back in the traditional position of a saddle. Maybe we are to ride with the sit bones much farther forward?
Is the neo 2 in you opinion a very hard to spin trainer? I'm tring but is very very hard.
3:23 eyeballing it and gradually tightening the caliper is the best method.
How did you get on with this please??
Think ill stay with my Alloy bars. czcams.com/video/Q9rcukByeuk/video.htmlsi=OePY_Qe1FXtExWdT
Sorry, it is like testing a toilet bowl by jumping on it. If fails may require a surgeon
It's great that you can stay in zone 2 for a long time on zwift, I find it really hard staying in zone 2 I tend to get bored and want to start chasing other riders down. Chappo
flickering might be from having ove 500 riders. Groups of 100 or more may cause riders to disappear and reappear at random.

Great video. What is the name of the Disc Rotor measuring tool you are using in the video and where can I buy it? Thanks
What size head do you have?
Good job man 💪
Thank you 🙌
Man thx for the video, i decided to purchase this brand .
I recently bought this for replacing the upper pulley in a SRAM rear derailleur. It turns out that for SRAM the B pulley goes on up ( as guide pulley) and A pulley goes down (tension pulley). This info is on the diagram that is covered by a sticker in your video 0:40 . So I used the B pulley to go in the top side of the SRAM derailleur and the A pulley I put also on the top side of the Shimano derailleur of another bike I have here. I didn't use both on SRAM because the bottom pulley in the SRAM derailleur was still in excellent condition
Look to be an excellent replacement!
Hi, Steve! Thanks for the video. 😉 Excellent review. I have a question and maybe you can help me. Between the Tacx 2/2SE and the Wahoo Kickr v4/v5, I can get a more realistic pedaling feeling and better quality on the tacx right? I'm looking for a Smart Trainer, my first smart trainer, i can get the Tacx neo 2/2SE for 800€/680£ new, and for those prices on wahoo kickr I can only get used ones :/ Thank you
Does it have serial number/SKU on the left temple?
Hi which tool to use with this bottom. Thanks
What do you clamp the tt? Seems the seatpost would be cheaper
There’s no force on the frame, but yeah the seat post is the usual place to clamp. 👍

The idea with the extra piece of steerer tube sounds really great! And that's exactly how I did it in combination with an extra long headset expansion plug of 90mm. The only problem I have is that after a few kilometres the piece of steerer tube with the expansion plug pulls out of the actual steerer tube and the headset is loose. Lots of assembly paste and 1-2Nm extra torque have unfortunately not helped here either. Nice that it seems to work for you. Unfortunately, I can now only ride my bike with a (too) low stem. So to all those who want to do it: be aware of the risk.
Sorry to hear that, I’ve never needed to lower it, so it’s still the same as when I built it. Never had a problem with it. But it’s an interesting point. Thanks! 👍
Hi, hi.
How about the rear brakes? Is the stock brake mount can fit to 140mm rotor ?
Yeah 140 on the back, can’t see a way to make it 160. 👍
WHAT ABOUT REAR
Don’t think you can. 👍
Neo still creaking.....
Camera on at 8:07
you are the BEST and thank you
Hello , thx for the review. Considering these. What is the exact length and width of your feet ?
What cable and olives should i buy for the same ultegra calipers?
Forgot to enable the Mic until 12:15... sorry.
Most likely, the reason your calipers wouldn't center up on the rotor is because the frame needs to be refaced. It is a super common issue, and even high end bikes seem to suffer from it.
How did you fix your power to 400 watts? I use the same setup with cadence and speed sensor, but my problem is that I cant pass 100 watts, because Zwift doesnt have any data about power or something. Thank you!
I got a better readout by setting my wheelsize to 20" and measure device to BTwin inride 100. It's not perfect but my settings were closer to 1.3x faster vs 2.0x faster with default settings.
Mike not working today….
hello, I want to know if the Aerofly is original? I also bought one from a friend and saw the same thing on AliExpress
Yes I bought it from a specialized dealer. 👍👍
