I’ve done this to my left ankle 3 times my right once only not torn completely. I’m 50 now and have full functionality in both ankles

Well hopefully it’ll be ok after surgery whenever that is. I used to sprain my ankles a lot when I was in my 20’s but at 48 it’s not fun anymore.. glad yours turned out ok.. 👍
