    This comment section is comforting in knowing that Im not alone. Im 22 and have had my temps 3 different times but they all expired before I took the test because of how anxious I was. I still have car anxiety but the more I practice the more confident Im becoming.

    I stroked one of my cats as well, feel amazing. I have fibromyalgia , and I can actually feel the warmth on my back legs and shoulders where a lot of my pain is. Will definitely be using this medication again ❤❤

    Wow.. this meditation brought me to tears last night especially the mantra “i feel safe in my body.” Since I was a kid I’ve always had stomach issues and I was terrified (and still am) about being sick. I’ve been going through a bought of stomach issues currently, getting sick daily, and feeling frustrated and defeated. I’m so happy I was guided to this because it instantly gave me relief and settled my stomach last night. Listening again today thank you 🙏🏼
