Thank you so much for this one. I still do the bloating relief every morning and sleep relaxation at the cottage every night. I take them like a medication! Really helpful.

Dear Generation Calm, thanks a million for this wonderful, most soothing meditation. However, I'd like to request a specific meditation: I -- as well as millions of others -- are harassed with thoughts when trying to sleep. My particular though is a sensation of pain that I'm constantly aware of, driving me to insanity. My mind is scanning for symptoms of pain every time my eyes roll -- it's like I'm aware of every pinch and painful sensation behind them, and it keeps me from sleeping.
Could you please dedicate a video to hyperawareness of bodily pain in the eyes and anxiety? I'd very much appreciate it, and certain others will appreciate this thoughtful tribute.

Your videos are so helpful to so many Clare. I shared with a person the other day who is asthmatic and she feared breathing slowly and deeply. Given many people are asthmatics and 2 of my family are, I'm wondering if they would need a specific meditation as opposed to your other ones so that they dont go into fear about not getting enough breath? thanks again 💓
