    I went to the grocery store looking for chuck today in Canada, and he said they don't sell it. SO I asked if it might be called by any other name and he said no! But I have just learned online a few other names for chuck pieces they probably do sell: brisket, pot roast, stewing beef, and blade roast. So next time I go, I will be better prepared. I also noticed many Traeggers for sale at the local hardware store.

    I'm with ya on this one bro. I did a pork butt on a 25$ charcoal grill using the snake method. Start to finish no wrap. Cooked all day at the job site and turned out a lot better than I expected.

    Damn, if only this video was a week older. I had a brisket that they trimmed way too much fat off of & didn't know until I got it home. They disguised it well. Turned out kinda dry!

    73/27 is my favorite! I made an amazing burger a few days ago. I'm a carnivore though so, I didn't have a bun or any veggies. I put beef bacon & feta cheese in the center of my patties then cooked it in my cast iron skillet. 😋

    I'm smoking my first pork butt on my new pit boss dual cooker. I'm going to follow this recipe with the exception of making my rub. Mixing Garlic and onion granulated, ancho chili powder, Guajillo powder, ginger powder, lime powder, pomegranate powder, salt , pepper , Boca sweet sugar. Hope it's a good new mix

    I'm thinking that you wouldn't have needed any butter on that griddle, considering how much is in the burger. Not to mention, that might have given you a better crust on the outside too!

    Hey Matt I watch all your videos love your stuff I was thinking of a new way to categorize everything it would be awesome to have a playlist for each seasoning or the main focused seasoning for each recipe then you could watch recipes with just the gospel or fajita or whatever.     For the life of me, the beans no beans thing, is such crap! There is chili, and there is chili with beans, what is so hard to understand about that! The chili is the meat portion with the sauce, and then you can add beans, and you have chili with beans!

    Just smoked overnight 12 hours but stalled at 140 internal. Crank it up to 250 to get that 165/175 internal before wrapping?

    Growing up in the 60-70's my father and grandfather would get our local butcher to age rib roasts for ribeye steaks... His son and I were best friends, living in a small farming community of about 450... Still love me some ribeye's and I know all the meat snobs out there slam filet, but its still my favorite steak... Probably did prime rib the previous three years for xmas, but last year... Steak Diane with Costco Prime Filet Minion.... it was just ridiculous good....
