Kobe lived and breathed purple and gold, worshiped it and embodied Laker culture. LeBron came in with a list of demands and under delivered while demanding respect from a very proud fan base that expects to win every year like the Yankees do. I’m not a Laker fan but live in LA and I was a Kobe hater but I totally understand why Kobe gets all the love and LeBron doesn’t. One was a Laker for life, the other came to the Lakers to crown his own legacy.

I love his game, his personality at times too, but Embiid drives me insane. I'm not even a 6ers fan but man. He has this softness to him that is really hard to understand. I don't think he's actually soft. He just played thru injury, he's huge, he's a fairly tough guy. But he's SO much bigger than 90% of the league, and he spends three fourths of his time on the perimeter. He should average 25 points a game just in the paint.
