The Suns are on my shortlist of teams i want to always lose for absolutely no reason
Ur black before this comment and ur black after this comment. Ur a walking L
I always want them to lose for absolutely reasons. I love watching Kevin Durant fail at his latest attempted shortcut.
You mean because you're one of the many KD haters?
Suns fan here . Heavily conflicted as I hate KD and want to see him fail at everything. But I like book, nurk, EG and Bradley beal
Without KD, Suns are a lottery team. And Beal is the weakest link. They gutted their roster to get Beal. That's the stupid thing. Beal has never been a winner. Only question is where Durant will migrate to next??
Shocking that a team with no depth, grit, defense, chemistry, and continuity would falter in the playoffs!!
No defense either. Booker, can’t defend. Beal, can’t defend. Durant, refuses to defend. Nurkic can’t defend. Idk what they expected.
No athleticism either.
@@cl4709No offense but you don’t know ball my brother
Well when you put it like that lmao
What's the Lakers excuse??
Getting Beal killed this team. They could have taken that money and acquired a solid starting point guard and a better big guy than Nurkic in addition to some quality bench pieces.
I feel like this has been the case for so many different teams but they just keep doing it,
just not a smart way to construct a team, it’s depth over anything in the playoffs, Sixers vs Knicks has been another good example of that
I think Beal is going to have a Westbrook trajectory. He wasnt the piece the Suns needed, but you put him into a Malik Monk role and hes probably the 6th man of the year. The dude is still an elite scorer and can be a primary ball handler at times.
@@papelgiftware160m for Malik monk is nuts
100% agree
What's bad about Nurkic?? 10 pts, 9 rbs, 2.5 ast, and 2.5 defensive plays??
Kevin O'Conner 💯 on all of his takes. I'm really impressed when someone 1) actually watches the Timberwolves 2) isn't biased and basic when talking about them.
• ANT didn't shoot well, but he did everything else really well
• Mike Conley run kept Wolves from drowning in 2nd quarter
• Jaden McDaniels special night
• Rudy Gobert can guard guards so put that in your pipe and smoke it. He's the #1 reason we are 2-0. Put some respect on that name 💪
Yes - Bill doesn't seem to consider anything other than how many points someone scored
ppl always overstated gobert's perimeter defense, the problem on the jazz was they had no one who could guard their position other than him. love seeing him succeed in minnesota (even though they still don't look for him enough in pick and roll in part bc he can't effing catch lol)
and we still have Naz's breakout playoff game to happen.
They hated on the Rudy trade, but Phoenix traded 11 picks and their PG for Beal. Sheesh!
And Rudy was a 3 time DPOY and 6 time all defense team.
The Rudy trade was still a bad trade because they gave up too much.
And it still may cost them Ant in the long run. Minnesota did what Cleveland did with LeBron in terms of team building. Bron wasn’t sticking around to play with 34 year old Ben Wallace or 37 year old Shaq.
Betting that Ant will be better than Bron or MJ at 22, 23, 24 is just a dumb bet
The Beal trade, I mean in for a penny in for a pound.
@@michaelahurtnot true Rudy gobert contract is in its final year after this season and is paying off massively this season. Suns stuck with Beal for 3 more years after this year. The Suns did this after seeing other teams make this mistake already. Beals contract is thee worst in history.
@@michaelahurt they may have given up too much, but they haven’t and won’t do much drafting in the 20s.
Jazz with Rudy had a winning record for 5 or so years. Without Rudy, 0-2 so far winning record.
Still traded for a 3 time DOPY vs a single third all nba team player. Lol
@@tompaul1608 And they're gonna let him walk? He's going to opt out next summer and sign one more big deal.
And Gobert is really good but I'm not sure he's *that* much better than Walker Kessler to cost 5 firsts + Beasley + Vanderbilt. Although they really got bailed out by getting NAW in the D'Lo trade. He solved any potential depth issues.
Also I'm not 100% sure Minnesota is going to pay the tax the next 10 years during Ant's prime. Just makes me nervous what this team will look like when Ant's extension is up. But I put a lot into the idea that stars peak at 27 not 22.
The biggest thing with Beal is he didn't waive his no trade clause which severely limits their maneuverability.
Although it's funny how many people are saying it's such a disaster because Phoenix lost two road games while simultaneously taking a victory lap on Gobert working in year two after not working in year one.
@WinnnProductions if they don't win a title, it will be a bad trade. This is partly because after Gobert declines, they likely won't be contenders throughout the rest of Ants prime. (Unless some good free agents choose to go to Minny, which has never happened)
Say what you want about picks in the 20s, but having picks and more importantly controlling your own draft, is waaay better than not having any picks. Minnesota should know this after losing 5 years worth of picks in the Joe smith debacle which ruined their ability to build around KG in his prime.
Time for Durant to shut it down, send passive aggressive social media posts and shoot his way out of town so he can go join a team with better All Stars than the All Stars he’s currently playing with. Rinse, Wash, Repeat.
The return home to OKC is already in motion
Durant just isn't a leader, when things don't go well he becomes despondent and it flows through the whole team.
The Lebron model
This is the “We’re Done With The 2010s” playoffs. Bron, Curry, KD all getting run outta here. Young dudes aren’t waiting anymore.
If the Clippers lose round 1 that would really solidify it.
jaden mcdaniels was also the number 1 player in his hs class for a while and was one of those “next kd” hs players so i think there definitely is a lot more untapped potential to his offensive game.. his defense alone will keep him as a high + role player but if he can just consistently get better on offense it could be a scary 2-way pairing, him and Ant
Mj and pipen pt 2?
Bill owes Rudy an apology
He already has multiple times let it go
He’ll never apologize.
No, a 2-0 lead in the first round does not warrant an apology. Winning a couple home games in the first round doesn’t prove Bill wrong lmao
That Booker trade idea Bill proposed was absolutely ridiculous
Any sports writer or analyst loses his job for a take like that.
REALLY? Book is average.
Booker = Tatum. If they don't have a great team doing the heavy lifting then they just can't hack it. They depend on one on one coverage and their team spoon feeding
Book isnt an established star. cannot get it done an the team around him is good enough. when you gettin 17 - 15 in playoff matches lol....that s role player stuff.
KOC's spot on/realistic takes pair so well with Bill's entertaining but completely deranged ideas 😆
The Beal trade was so stupid. It’s the equivalent of that Westbrook trade
Literally a perfect example only difference is Westbrook only had 2 years left on his deal when they traded for him Beal had 4.
Westbrook was traded for Kuzma, KCP, Montrezl Harrell, and the pick that became Isaiah Jackson. Beal was traded for CP3 (who was going to be waived), Landry Shamet, and 2nd round picks. Lakers traded 2 quality players, Suns traded a bad role player and an overpaid and constantly injured Chris Paul. They aren't the same AT ALL
@@marcrego196what? Actual analysis about trade value that isnt solely based on results after the fact? Get out of here!!
lol no the suns didn’t really give anything up they would’ve been cooked whether they did the trade or not
@@afrosamurai125they could have had decent cap space if they didn’t trade for Beal.
"Is that a right turn to blow-it-up-ville?" 🤣
In Jaden McDaniel's rookie year, Chris Finch said that Jaden's ceiling is "Scottie Pippen-esque". Austin Rivers said the same thing. His offensive potential is untapped.
Rivers is a terrible analyst!😂😂😂

Never made sense for the suns to trade for Bradley Beal lol but ppl kept telling me Devin Booker could play point guard 🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️
Could have signed a point guard and better depth pieces instead of trading for Bradley beal who is a Devin Vasell Kyle Kuzma level player getting paid 50 million + a year.
Beal was pg but hurt first 20, threw things off
@@xavierb9061 Beal … a PG ??? 😭😭😭
252 million contract for an often injured Beal should have been the sign to not touch him
@@emilfrederiksen.1622 No, you don't understand the salary cap and are talking out of your ass, like 99% of the people in this comment section. They traded Chris Paul and Landry Shamet plus 2nd round picks for Chris Paul. How do you get a starting caliber point guard for CP3, who they were going to waive so they could only pay the half of his salary that was guaranteed and could then have the taxpayer mle (~$5 million) because no one wanted his $30 million contract in a trade, Landry Shamet, and throw-in 2nd round picks?
Kevin O'Connor is so much better than Bill when it comes to actually seeing what's happening in a game.
That makes sense because KOC is really an analyst at heart and Bill is essentially an entertainer at this point - I think he considers himself a student of basketball history moreso than an expert on X's and O's. I get what you're saying though, just qualifying a little.
Bill basically called Gobert trade worst in sports history. He hasn't been nearly as contrite as he should be.
Everyone who said that was gloating last year too and now they are largely silent on them being the 2-3 best team in the league
You guys do realize the teams success is bc of ant not Gobert right?
To be fair, everyone hated that trade up until a few months ago.
Bill and Rusillo admitted they were wrong on the gobert trade. Idk what else you want.
@@WarrenFranceSportsNetwork No, MORE dependent on Ant than Gobert. But Gobert is going to win DPOY again and they win because of top tier defense.
True for every contender; you need an all-NBA player and a great supporting cast, whether that is a Pippen or a Rodman. To me KAT is the wild card. And he dumb some KAT dumassery last night, which has always been what held them back.
What the Suns should do is just hire a coach , a real one
Honestly I feel like the Suns should've just kept CP3 instead of using him in the Beal trade. At least they would've had a PG alongside Booker and KD.
And kept ayton even though he ain’t great himself, still
Holy shit you guys are crazy. EVERYONE was saying they had to make this trade when it happened. An old CP that people were saying they needed to let go. Got rid of a soft-ball quitter in Ayton which is what everyone said they needed to do. Everyone saw Bradley Beal as a great upgrade in the trade. Easy to say "shoulda done nothing" AFTER they struggled.
@@TheSergio1021 Maybe ESPN because big name trades get them eyeballs, but plenty of folks thought it was a redundant offensive piece and a guy that is always injured. Maybe they make better moves this offseason that actually addresses issues (and to be fair they are smaller issues than getting a 3rd star), but it was a lateral move at best even then.
@@norebab3818 it's crazy how much they fumbled the ayton situation imo. guy did everything that was asked in the 2021 playoffs, and was rewarded by being allowed to dangle in restricted free agency. no team does that with a number 1 pick who was a key component to a team that went to the finals. it's all been downhill since then, and i think a large part of that is how they handled that situation. there's no universe where an athletic 7 footer who has great hands and touch around the rim, has shown defensive capability, and a decent midrange jumper isn't valuable...and instead they got nurkic, who basically had as good of a season as they could've expected (particularly with health) and it's not good enough, doesn't boost their ceiling, and made them older
gotta say it's hilarious hearing someone say they could've just kept cp3 when all the warriors fans are crying about them getting rid of poole for cp3 and all the wizards fans were crying about how unserious and inconsistent poole was this year lol
Saying Booker is only worth McCollum, Trey Murphy and 2 future firsts is insane lol
Trade market is rough for sellers now after all the ridiculous overpays that happened over the past couple of years. And as great as Booker is he's got a reputation as a playoff underperformer going, fairly or unfairly.
Booker is a star and that only.. not a superstar..
Jaden had physical drives against KD, can hit threes, and plays crazy defense. He’s a lot more valuable than people give him credit for, especially for being so young still
Suns just aren't a well-built team. Booker fades constantly in the playoffs, Beal is always hurt, and KD is older now.
Totally agree
Also all of those guys are midrange scorers who don't add much value elsewhere.
Not a fair evaluation on Booker. He’s been a killer in the playoffs just bad this year. I expect him to bounce back at home BUT the wolves do have the personnel to bother him defensively so we’ll see
Booker averaged 34 points per game in the playoffs last year, on 58/51/87 efficiency. Stop repeating narratives you see on social media and please inform yourself so you don't look stupid. Just because a team isn't working doesn't mean the player is trash.
You dont watch the Suns 😂 Booker was on a historic run on solo performance in the playoffs for the past 2-3 years, quit making shit up
Idc what nobody say KD ain’t want no parts of that game last night, I think he took like 2 shots in the 4th quarter 🤦🏿♂️ no aggression, not interested just was out there lost.

Bill's Devin Booker proposal is absolutely INSANSE lmao
If you think Anthony Edwards had a bad game, then you need to go back and watch the tape.
Love that Bill always supported the Wolves. They've been overlooked all season even though they've had a great season. It's been so obvious how connected they are.
The value of having a tablesetter pg like Conley is the difference in this series along with having a defensive identity (or in the case of the suns not having one)
What other western conference playoff teams have a non-scoring table setter, besides the Wolves? Its an identity that is slowly dying, and only works on teams with an identity not centered around being offense first.
Bill was on a heater this whole segment. Laughed out loud at "24-pack of settle down juice"
This was always going to be bad. When will teams learn that gutting your roster for a star and getting random minimum players will never work. Basketball is a team sport is a team sport and you need well put together team and put together roster of skill sets. No team built like that has ever succeeded.
Beal trade fucked there future up no cap space what so ever and Beal is earning 50+ mil a year until 2027 where he will be 34.
@@emilfrederiksen.1622 yeah the suns are just a mess. Beal trade was ridiculous but also the kd trade was horrible too
Top heavy teams can work if the stars complement each other. 3 guys who do the exact same thing with no depth behind them is a bad idea.
They added Beal who’s a 30+ year old “star” who doesn’t want to do the dirty work and lock up on defense.
They have NO BENCH.
They have NO Point Guard.
Result = FIRST ROUND LOSS
Beal is making 50 mil a year which is just gross he is a 20 mil a year guy at the absolute maximum.
Suns are an 82 game team. Wolves are a 98 game team
The real battle is: who's got the shittier video resolution. Can KOC win this series in 144p?
how hard is it to set up a second camera? apparently very

@@aytoozee6759 dude, it's a joke. don't take yourself too seriously. You're entering the yt comment section, not the local debate club.
I can say as someone who doesn't care one way or another what the Suns do, they're just one of the least fun teams to watch in the NBA.
You can just see the square peg in a round hole scenario giving off the body language and expression on how this team really has no idea how to fix their issues.
The Suns needed a full year to develop chemistry. Bucks took a few years with the same core, the warriors have had the same view for years before they started winning, the Mavs didn't even make the playoffs last year 😂 it takes at least 1- 2 years to build team chemistry and Beal was out half the year. This team has played 35 games in total together. Not nearly enough. And Allen has been hurt these past 2 games and he is the highest 3 point shooter in the league
The Suns have literally regressed they had a cohesive group with CP3 Booker Ayton Mikal Cam Johnson and Monty Williams but they blew that up completely destroyed there cap space and is now at there worst since 2020 even tho Booker should be in his absolute prime making deep playoff runs. There is no fixing this unless you somehow trade beal somehow.
Excuses
In a few years Durant is going to be in his late-30s and Beal will probably be even more injury prone than now. They better hope that Booker really likes living in Arizona...
Mavs did not make it since their key players was traded. But Kyrie and Luka played well together last season. Fast forward to this season and they are a 50win team with arguably the best back court in this current playoffs. If that shit worked for Luka and Kyrie, what makes it different for the Suns? Simply put, their style of plays don't mesh with each other. They can play for 2 to 3 years and will still come up short.
Jaden is always 4th or 5th option. His numbers are mostly a product of low volume
Love Jaden but he’s inconsistent offensively. Has been very passive and an unreliable shooter when needed. Still has a ton of untapped potential though. Go Wolves.
idk if Chris Paul wouldve been much better but Bradley Beal aint it
The fit in Phoenix seems horrible. Since KD also mainly plays on the perimeter now that he is older, you basically play 3 SGs who all can not really playmake. There is no synergy there at all on offense and not much effort defensively.
WTH happened to his camera? It was 1080p just yesterday...
He must not have had his camera in his hotel room.
That trade to New Orleans is ridiculous. No sane person would do that
Booker is on a train to disgruntled player land and the Knicks are #1 on his short list of potential destinations. Who’s with me? 😊
Crazy thing is, the Suns are 6-1 against the Wolves since last season. You would think that drawing the Wolves in the first round was a godsend for the Suns, but here we are.
It's just scary to have a team's number like that and then get run out the building twice.
People overrate regular season performance especially in the modern nba. Now the pacers had their way last night but I think the bucks still win the series. Too much playoff experience and that fast pace offense usually doesn’t work in the playoffs but it did work last night
Yes luv playoff bill hoop videos ⚡️
Every time the Suns are mentioned I think of a few years back when they went to workout right after a playoff win, and Ayton says “Winners work, baby!” And then they got rolled by the Mavs. I just found it so funny and still do.
And now ayton is saying he can't get good sleep and making excuses.
@@josereyes1148 that dude is a bum for sure. Hard to be a victim as a #1 pick, making bank, and barely going to work.
This is all Matt ishbias fault because he thought a superteam can guarantee a ring
Many people don’t realize the last regular season game the wolves played without giving any strategy. They played base offense because they knew they’d play the suns first round. The last game was not consequential.
Only problem with this theory is if the Timberwolves win that last game then they don't face the Suns at all. They would have faced the Pelicans. Unless you think they wanted to face the Suns. Which would be a strange thing to wish for when you look at all the rest of their regular season matchups.
@@richardwelsh9577the wolves would've been the two seed if they won against them in the last regular season, which would've dropped the suns to the 7th seed and play in. Called this at the beginning of the season… it’ll implode, and KD will want a new team
Wolves fan here, I've been saying it all year-- if Jaden can get to 18+ppg the the trophy will be in MN more often than not for the foreseeable future
This is crazy. There's only been like 3 times in the last 50 years you'd be right to take a team vs the field. KD Warriors (2/3), Shaqobe Lakers and then only when they had Phil as coach (3/5), and Jordan Bulls, but only when he had Scottie and Phil (6/8). This isn't advanced stats, it's just counting.

Idk why the suns made the moves to acquire KD and Beal. The CP3 era was a solid roster. They had something going there. I fear that roster way more than the big 3.
I think Ayton and Monty had too much beef to make it work.
Exactly. They should have just replaced CP3 with someone like Fred van Vleet and kept it going.
Why does Bill keep saying 2 playoff wins? He does know the Denver series was round 2 right? Lol
For the end part, I'd call them the Phoenix Eclipses at this point. They've been completely overshadowed.

I can’t think of a worse type of player to pay 60 mill to team with Booker and KD an destroy your salary than Bradley Beal. What on earth was the thought process in doing that rather than get depth. Historically shit decision
I think it was a symptom of the so-called "new owner syndrome" and Ishbia insisted on making a splashy trade to form yet another ill fated "big three".
@@chrischancellor7372 yeah I would agree with you on that. An over excited new owner who thinks let’s win straight away. With the new salary cap rules it’s definitely more sensible I think to have a superstar surrounded by depth rather than just trying to team up a few star players.
The phrase: “You are what your record says you are.” applies here. We kept thinking the Suns might click, but this is just not a good team. 🤷🏽♀️
Never should’ve made the beal trade. Should’ve looked for a PG similar to Mike Conley and then invested in more depth. It doesn’t even look like they’re running anything on offense half the time

👀
If I’m New Orleans I’m not making that trade!
Jaden McDaniels is the Pippen that Ant MJ needs.
Because of Lebron, the reality of everyone's timelines has been unrealistically skewed. It is really late in KD's career, 17 years in the league, even if his stats are holding up. Booker is at the end of year 9, which is also getting way too late for him to START a run of dominance, especially when it isn't clear if he is "The Man" or playing BEHIND KD.
The new style of play, rules, and load management help extend the past-prime years for superstars and the stats look pretty, but it is delusional to expect anyone to be "The guy" after year 12 or so, or to suddenly BECOME "the guy" after 7+ years of coddling them for "the future". By year 8, the cement is dry, you can't be holding back so you don't get injured for your 3rd and 4th contracts or your true peak prime never even has a chance to develop. New Orleans AD looked almost ready to go over the top in 2018 2019 then he saw Cousins go down with an achilles and got involved in Lebron trade drama. So instead of going full-potential he got slowed down by LeGM and agents coddling him for "his future", which, as a result, never comes - or in AD's case came in a diminished version in Lebron's shadow. Now you have him finally looking like he is trying hard in year 12, but that drive needed to be smacked into him 5 years ago.
The way the Wolves play defense there are no bad matchups for them. They will be able to compete with any team if they are playing this hard.
Durant looks miserable and not putting in max effort
Kevin Durant going back to the Thunder for a chance to bring a championship to the city would honestly be one of the most insane redemption stories ever
Trading for Bradley beal was terrible his salary has completely gutted there cap space they could signed a good starting point guard and some better depth pieces around Kd and Booker. Only good trade they made was getting rid of Ayton for Nurkic and Grayson Allen who has been solid this season.
Their nickname should be the Unfortunate suns ☀️🚁
Some folks are born, made to wave the flag
High school kids could figure it out, except suns management.
I thought I was the only one that felt that there may be more to Trey Murphy. Dude reminds me of Kings Peja. Great tall shooter.
Suns need a high assist defensively capable point guard *desperately*
I think I recall bill calling the Rudy Gobert trade the worst trade of all time….funny how things change
Imagine if Suns just traded Ayton for Jrue?
And to think scouting reports on Jaden McDaniels was that he was selfish on offense and lazy on defense.
Durant flopping with the super team Nets and super team Suns is going down in history.
Bill "i knew this would happen even though i clearly said otherwise." Simmons 🙄
It’s almost as if he explained his thought process on the situation and admitted he picked the suns and why.
He hated that Gobert trade and now MIN is a contender. I love that it makes him a little uncomfortable.
He said "Gobert is the worst trade of all time". And would never work with KAT
But that's what 99% of media were saying anyway

@@David-iv6je yup. To be fair he was proven correct in year 1 which was quite the playoff fail. Year 2 is looking much better but then again...suns might just be a trash team that is getting exposed in the playoffs
The Suns put themselves in this situation by trading everything away for Durant and then Beal.
No. Ishbia’s ego is way too big. He is not going to admit failure after one season. They will run it back and scapegoat the coaching staff while making marginal changes.
I think they should trade KD or Booker to retool the team. They need better depth. They desperately need a pg. Beal is not an asset at this point with his contract.
That kind of thing really isn’t going to work anymore, with them in the second apron. They can actually LOSE first rounders if they stay in the second apron, and the only way to drop below is to offload on of the three big salary guys. It’s only one year, but it’s two playoff runs.
@@Joes35 Suns are fucked bro that Beal salary completely ties there hand in making any off season moves if they had that salary freed up they could do a lot of shit.
@@Joes35 Can you please name me a single team outside of the Timberwolves who has a non-star non-scoring point guard who plays in their starting lineup? Booker is averaging 6.9 assists per game to 2.6 turnovers per game this year, which is on par with most lead guards.
Bill keeps saying they only one two playoff games. They got past his Clippers last year in the first round (Kuwai didn't play after game one). Then they won two against the Nuggets. Only team to do so btw. But last year they had a point guard (CP3). But he got hurt in the middle of the Denver series. I dont know what they do going forward. But you probably need to fire Vogel and somehow get a serviceable point guard. Somebody like a Mike Conley. Suns have no identity, no offensive flow. A coaching change and a point guard could change that.
Leaving Steph and the championship core left 2 rings on the table. Maybe 3.
KD listened fo outside chirping after ignoring and saying all the things about--- what's right for me.
Two times the Suns beat the Wolves during the regular season Wolves were on the tail end of tough back to backs… first one was a back to back and end of a long road trip. I always thought a couple could be chalked up to schedule losses… I know it happens for every team.
Antman had a bad shooting game but he played a really great patient game as a 22 year old. Made the right reads, trusted teammates, had 8 assists. Crashed the boards, and played great defense.
Knick’s need another star with Brunson. Kd to knicks for tons of picks and Randle? 🤔
Book quit at the end. He made Vogel shut it down.
He seems like he doesn’t feel like playing against these Wolves anymore.
Bill: "SHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH"
KOC: wtf....
Its a really bad look for KDs legacy that he's traded to a team 2 years removed from a finals run (looking to acquire him to get over the hump and win a championship) but yet less than 18 months after his arrival the team is in far worse condition to win a title now that KD is on the roster. At this point we need to stop considering him as a top 10-15 player all time
Should’ve kept that finals team together with the coach. Now look what situation you in.
They did... and then collapsed in the series against the Mavs the following year to the sound of clowning, laughing, and demands that they make changes.
In hindsight the Durant deal shouldnt have been made...probably. Durant is still an all NBA player and Bridges and Johnson are proving to be better as secondary pieces than lead guys but the depth is an issue. The double down on it to acquire Beal was a huge mistake because I can see a alternate timeline where they just made the Ayton deal and would only be dealing with Paul's health issues but wouldnt have to worry about that after this season. It is what it is though...
As a Suns fan, I'm not actually mad because this is what I expected. I felt our ceiling was Western Conference Finals but that to me was the absolute ceiling but I honestly thought they would get eliminated first or second round. The idea of making Book the point was and is a terrible idea. Just because a guy can do something doesn't mean he should be doing that thing. Book can play the point but Book is a scorer, it's who he is and he's good at it, that's where you want his mindset to be, not being a facilitator. Book at point is just an average point guard and it dilutes who he is as a scorer so you get the worst of both worlds. Beal is a good sixth man now who we have as a starter, there is no offensive system, they don't play good defense despite having a defensive coach. It's once again an owner learning that having talented players doesn't equate to a great team and for whatever reasons owners have to keep learning this lesson over and over.
I miss KOC’s majestic COVID beard
Please make a segment how Lebron in LA experiment is over
Did the Celtics episode came out? I'm here for Bill's pain. 😛
Kevin having more framed jerseys than wall space is tough
Wolves were built for this, thank Tim connelly
KD needs to start operating like his true archetype post-injury - a stretch four with occasional rim pressure and playmaking. He is taking way too few threes and messing up the spacing for Beal and Booker.
KD is just too old for this crap
It’s not 2018 anymore
Durant seems attracted to superstars with his same flaws. He lacks the intangibles and competitive spirit (see Josh Hart for what those are), which isn't fatal if he has teammates who have it because he is such a great player. Booker, Kyrie and Harden all lack the same. GSW had players with that, which is why Durant had success there. Pelicans, Suns and Warriors all need to do something fairly major to contend. Pels have some great pieces, but something doesn't fit.
Barkley was right. KD is just a bus rider.
Gobert was amazing
They shouldve traded ayton with cp3 & got prozingas
Their big 3 is about 40-50 shots a game and less than 15 assists. It’s so poorly run, it’s “your turn, my turn” and without Grayson Allen hitting 3’s then they’re completely fucked.
kd to mavs in the summer?
