Yes and also try to do 3 day vipassana camp at center nearby.
I've been to Vipassana 10 days course this year, and have been practicing time to time. But with this anapana session really reached very focused state. Chanting ib the end made me cry, as i have realised how much daily stress i have accumulated, so much misery. Thanks for every second of your life that you have spent to bring this technique to this world and make this precious and so underrated gift to humanity.

आपका दिमाग सोचने के लिए बना है और यह उसकी प्रकृति का हिस्सा है। कृपया अभ्यास करते रहें और समय के साथ धीरे-धीरे आप प्रगति करेंगे। उदाहरण के लिए अभी 100 सेकंड में से केवल 1 सेकंड ही आप ध्यान केंद्रित कर पाते हैं लेकिन समय के साथ वह 1 सेकंड पहले 2 सेकंड और फिर 3 सेकंड में बदल जाएगा। आपको यह समझना होगा कि आज तक मन आपको नियंत्रित करता था लेकिन अब आप मन को नियंत्रित करने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं। मन इतनी आसानी से हार नहीं मानेगा.

yes, you can but kindly provide more details like what type of meditation - I am assuming vipassana, what time are you planning to meditate, what's the purpose , do you have any medical issues etc. generally you can meditate any time but their can be unintended negatives. I can answer that only after knowing the details. Metta

Best wishes......The team at goregaon is working very hard to create this center. One aspect of going to center is also to support selfless seva teams which make this centers work. Being in between city and infront of school is good interesting challenge for sadhaks to enjoy and make progress......I will be going to borivali for 3 day camp end of january.

No this is not executive course. Camps for executives is generally done in Borivali-Gorai Centre and Belapur -Parsik hills Centre...I have attached the links below...There is no defined criteria for who executives are.. I am attending one in borivali in end of jan this month.

I do it laying down or sitting on a chair.. is it better on the floor?
1- Sukhasana position with back straight is preferred. 2- Sitting on chair is also ok if you can sit comfortably with back straight. 3- You can also use meditation chair.
