I never heard HEALTH in their earlier years until they I saw them performing some of the old songs in the concert. It amazes me actually. They kinda sound like Crystal Castles back in their first two albums, knowingly they did collabed at one point

I know everything being done on this album was done decades before, but seeing all these elements of psychedelia meshing with punk, noise rock and lo-fi is so nice to listen to, one of my favorite albums ever. And an essential release for anyone who loves garage psych.

Heard a song called a song called Soul Finger by the Bar-Kays the other day and beat myself up thinking it was a Tobacco song. It was Melt Me off this album, good song, I got to listen to some more Bar-Kays.
