I am sure a few of the band and others got a little nervous about their past experimentation when their lead singer tested positive for HIV. Weirdly for me (not a fan by any means), I have lived in all 3 countries Freddie did in his life, but I don't come from any of them. His country of origin outlaws homosexuality, especially so on Zanzibar which is nearly 100% Muslim. Tanzania really is a wonderful country though, recommend it. I found true happiness here.
