    In recent years I've realized that all this "luxury mindset" is extremely compatible with my personality, and I'm not being a poser, like my natural inclinations, behavior and characteristics are 100% aligned with the idea of luxury and exclusivity. I wish I would realized this before... I'm happy to understand this, this video brings me so much peace, seriously. I'm sure that all this can be applied to a personal brand.     The psychology of this is quite interesting. But Saks annual revenue is $1.9B while Walmart's is $611B; I guess making luxury goods is a matter of passion and feeling unique.

      Interesting really. I think something to take note of when comparing revenue is the type of goods or services offered, one brand might be a luxury good business and the other a necessity good. So luxury brands only need the top 1- 10% of people to buy their good to make the figures you mention whereas, a supermarket services everyone making the difference in revenue a matter of quantity or volume of people by the price ranges.

      To keep a constant cash inflow a lot of luxury brands create diffusion brands with lower price points and also do a lot of licensing.
