Jalapeño poppers stuffed flatbread 📝Ingredients: Stuffing~ 5-6 • Sliced Jalapeño 1 tbsp • Diced Cheddar and Mozzarella Cheese 2 tbsp • Cream Cheese Pinch of salt Dough~ 1 tsp • Yeast 1 tbsp • sugar 1/2 cup • lukewarm water 2 cups • Plain flour 1/4 cup • Curd/Yogurt Salt to taste 2 tbsp • Oil Steps~ * In a bowl, add yeast, sugar, water & let it activate. Later add all the ingredients of dough and knead into a bowl, rest it for 1-2 hours * For stuffing, in a bowl, mix sliced jalapeños, cheese & cream cheese * After 2 hours, divide the dough and stuff with the jalapeño mixture, using hands slightly flatten it out. * Heat a pan on medium flame, transfer flatbread on it, cook it for 2-3 mins, flip it and again cook it. * Brush with garlic butter(butter+grated garlic+coriander) and serve them hot. You can serve them with any sabzi or dip of choice. These are incredibly delicious & cheesy flatbread. Please give it a try!

Crispy Roasted Potatoes with roasted red pepper sauce! 📝Ingredients: Red pepper sauce- 1 • Red Pepper 4-5 • Garlic Cloves 1/4 cup • Olive oil Salt to taste 1 tsp • Italian seasoning/ Oregano 1 tsp • Red chilli powder 1/2 tbsp • Honey Handful walnuts 3• Potatoes 4-5 tbsp • Oil Salt to Taste Steps~ * For sauce, Roast pepper & garlic cloves at 180 degrees for 15 mins. * Peel the skin of red pepper and transfer to a blender along with other ingredients of sauce, blend it smoothly. * For roasted potatoes, boil the potatoes till fork tender, later drain and shake the potatoes so it forms a mushy layer. * Add oil and salt, mix everything well and airfry for 25-30 mins at 180 degrees, flipping potatoes in between Garnish with coriander leaves and chili honey. Crispy potatoes with red pepper sauce makes a creamy and crispy bowl. It’s a must try!!

Fruit Custard Recipe🍉🍈🍊🍌🫐🍇🥭 📝Ingredients: Any Fruits 2 cups • Milk 2 tbsp • Custard powder 200ml • Condensed milk Steps~ * In a bowl, add custard powder & 3 tbsp - cold milk, stir well till lump free. * Heat milk in a pan, when it starts to boil add the custard mixture and whisk continuously, once thickens turn off the flame and cool it down. * In a large mixing bowl, add all the fruits of your choice, condensed milk, custard milk & mix everything together. A delightful mix of creamy, sweet, and fruity flavors, creating a satisfying and refreshing dessert. Please give it a try!

Blueberry Soda 💙 It has a fruity & juicy essence of blueberries with the fizzy, refreshing soda! 📝Ingredients: 250 gms • Blueberries 1/2 cup • Sugar 1 cup • Water 150-200ml • Soda Lemon zest Recipe~ Combine blueberries, sugar, water, and lemon zest in a pan and simmer for 15 minutes. Allow it to cool, then lightly mash the mixture and strain to create blueberry syrup(store the syrup in the refrigerator) In a glass, add 20-40ml of the blueberry syrup, a few fresh mint leaves, ice, and soda. Garnish with mint leaves and a lemon slice. Enjoy!!
