Easy Pan-fried Rice paper dumplings! Crispy and Chewy!

    📝Ingredients:
    Stuffing ~
    Any veggies of your choice
    1 tsp • Pepper powder
    1 tbsp • Chopped Garlic
    1 tsp • Grated Ginger
    1 tbsp • White vinegar
    1 tbsp • Dark soy sauce
    Salt to taste
    Peanut butter sauce dip:
    2-3 tbsp • Peanut butter
    1 tbsp • White Vinegar
    2 tbsp • Soy sauce
    Pinch of salt
    Steps:
    * Slice all your vegetables and heat some oil in a pan and cook the veggies. Add all the ingredients mentioned above to the pan and sauté for 2-3 mins.
    * And the stuffing is ready! Rest it for 10-15 mins.
    * Pour some cold water onto a plate and dip the rice paper sheet for 5 sec
    * Place the veggie stuffing & Gently fold the rice paper into the shape of your choice-I'm opting for a square fold.
    * After folding, make sure to keep the dumplings separately to prevent them from sticking together.
    * Heat 1 -2 tbsp • oil in a pan on medium heat
    * Place your dumplings and pan fry till crispy & sprinkle some sesame seeds
    These dumplings turned out crispy
    and chewy & Serve them with your favorite dip!
