I am very much enjoying your WIP show. I plan to search out that Happiness piece by Jardin Prive - I love it! And the Peace one is also something I want to find and stitch. Your Santa pieces - you said you would give Santa a blue coat on one. Do you know what I would use if I wanted to make the “fur trim” fuzzy? Is there a floss I can use to get that effect? Back to watching the show…..😀

Oh! If only we were neighbors 🤗. I could do your beading for This Christmas Eve. I love beading. I find it very relaxing. My friend had a project that required beads. She tried putting on a few and gave up. I told her I would do it for her and I did…..all 1,835 beads! You can do it👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼What a great finish that would be 😄

I also am planning on the tree project from that 2013 book! Helen D has shown this, and I just loved it. Lo and behold I found the book in my stash. Bought a beautiful piece of light green linen for it. Have it all kitted, but haven’t started it yet. So many wonderful pieces and bags today!

I really enjoyed this flip through. Is it possible to convert needle punch patterns to cross stitch? If the magazine isn’t too expensive I might purchase it regardless because there really were some nice patterns in there. I hope you enjoy working from it. 😀

I've never done cross stitch, but a friend asked me to finish a Christmas stocking she did. I looked everywhere for a tutorial and yours was definitely the easiest and simplest. It was encouraging to me that you left your little mistakes in. I'm no where near a professional either. Great video.

Very sorry to hear of the loss of your mother. No matter our own age, that loss is very hard to take. So many beautiful projects shared today. Good for you on fully finishing so many of them. 🥳. Would love to learn more about cutting down existing frames. Custom framing is so crazy expensive. I’m wondering if the paint or other finish is damaged as you cut. Should we assume a cut frame will need to be painted or refinished? Might be a great idea for a tutorial on an upcoming UTube!

First of all, my condolences on the passing of your mother. I’m a fairly recent subscriber and am enjoying going back to view some of your earlier videos. I was wondering if you might sometime be willing to do a video on how you cut down and use thrifted frame finds. I always look and purchase frames, but they are seldom the right size when I go to FFO a piece. 😊

I really enjoyed your current work. I was chuckling over your comment on stressing out on the number of WIPs you have. My stress level kicks in at ten (10) WIPs. Don't get me wrong, I have plenty of patterns that I have fabric and floss selected and it home-made kits that's a bit out of control. (I love to kit up projects when I'm too tired to stitch.) Most of my pieces are sampler pieces and like you, I work with both Aida and linen in a variety of counts. Oh, and that Leisure Arts book is so me--thanks for your enabling. Anyway, thank you for sharing your work with us.
