Thank you so much for visiting with me today! It is always a great day when I can share my stitching with friends!! Jardin Prive freebies - www.jardinpriv... Project tracker PDF - www.etsy.com/l...
I just found you ad what a pleasure. I started with your tips and tricks which were very helpful. I will keep you in my prayers that your treatments are successful. happy Easter
The petite Dimensions kits are great if you like a smaller projects and have never worked on a dimensions kit. It gives you a chance to try one without being overwhelmed by what is involved in them. My first Dimension's kit was the Christmas sled stocking and I was so overwhelmed with all the different thread counts. You stitch with 2, 3, up to 6 strands on the Dimension's Gold kits and there are full cross, half cross. Couching and other things I was getting frustrated. As soon as I figured out that doing all the 2 over 2 stitching first and then do the half stitches and then any other type of stitches, I was able to move forward quicker and it made it more enjoyable. All that to say, I love doing kits now!
I always enjoy seeing what you've been working on. I've been struggling with how many pieces are calling to be started. I just know that I get stressed when I have too many WIPs. I tend to be drawn to bigger pieces, too, so they're with me for quite a while. I hope your treatments bring you some relief! 🪡👠
Just found your videos. I enjoyed your video very much. You're voice is very calm and your are very enjoyable to watch. I just subscribed. Thank you for your video.
Great visit, always like to see your progress!! My floss on the Owl kit is a little fuzzy but I’m having the most trouble with stitching on the black 😢 , only day time stitching! You had to show the pattern with the bird house …. Yes of course I have it 🤣! Thanks , Kim ☀️
Hi Kim have you tried putting something white on your lap while you are stitching? I have my Mighty Brite on and a white towel on my lap and it helps to see the holes. 🐦🐦🐦
I hope you feel better soon, but while resting keep up all the stitching you can . I did Summer Comes Calling years ago . I wish now that I could do it again on a pretty fabric . Back then it was white or antique white . I still love it though.
I am loving stitching on Summer Comes calling. I picked up that pattern years ago and glad to finally getting it started. Thanks for watching. Thank you for the well wishes. 🙂🪡🪡🪡
Hi Jackie:-)) I really enjoy your videos!!! I’m also working on coffee shop dimensions kit ..it’s my first one and I think I have found a new passion it all started with Liz Matthews she is doing a SAL she checks in every couple of weeks and gives you assignments which has really motivated me… I’ve enjoyed this one so much I’m now on the hunt for other dimensions kits:-))) take care and I hope you start feeling better ❤️
I enjoy the dimensions kits too Kathy. After doing a Dimensions Gold stocking I feel like I can do anything! 🤣. I will have to check out Liz as I have not heard of her SAL. Thanks for watching and happy stitching!! 🪡🪡🪡
Your Moon Owl would look amazing on dark blue/navy (or even black) fabric with white or silvery thread so that it looks like moonlight against the night sky. White with a strand of kreinik blending filament mixed in would be really pretty. Love the video! ❤
I just found your channel and so enjoyed the tips and tricks video. Your WIPs are great and pretty similar to mine. But, you did add to my wish list with the Bygone Stitches flag project. 😊 I subscribed immediately!
Thank you! So glad you enjoy the videos my stitchy friend. I have become a loner lately and stitchers like you are the reason I do them. It gives me a chance to communicate with other stitchers about the things I love. Thank you for being here with me! 🪡🪡🪡
I just watched your video on tips and tricks. Thank you so very much! I’ve been stitching since the mid 90’s. I thought I knew everything. 😂 I would like to know how stitchers keep the back of their stitching so neat and tidy. Mine always look like shag carpet. I always have to go back after completing a project and clip all the stray loose ends. Any tips would be appreciated. So sorry for your pain, it’s no fun!
Hi Darlene, I am pleased that you found the video. I will definitely go over stitching tips to keep your back neat in part 2 of tips and tricks. Thank you for your question and helping me with your question. Happy stitching! 🪡🪡🪡
The first video of yours that I watched was the tips and tricks you just posted. I thought it was very helpful, so thank you. Regarding your aches and pains, (not playing them down, just not getting specific) you might try to get a person from work to evaluate your work space to see if there is something they can recommend to help you. Ergonomic specialist, I think. They got me a chair sized for me and a keyboard tray lower than the desk and it helped my neck and shoulder pains a lot. You could also try PT if your doctor will write for it.
Thank you for thinking of me. It is more complicated than that for me. I did have accommodations at work and it wasn't enough. I will get through it. Thanks for watching! 🪡😁🧵
Thank you for your tip on the loop method! Love listening to tips, you never too old to learn and I learnt something today!❤
Glad it was helpful Michelle!

Startitis hit me also this week…nothing like a new pattern to help your focus away from the pain. Stitching is medicine all on its own.
I absolutely agree!! It helps me to focus on something else and it is a blessing to me! Happy stitching! 🪡🧵🪡
Purchased my first dimensions kit this week. I may need your expertise with it. “Chickadees and Lilacs”. Good video Jacque!
I'm here for you!! 🪡🪡🪡
Yay! A new Jacque video! ❤

Do you have a video about the different types of cross stitch fabric?
I do not. I will add it to my list! Thank you for watching.
