I’m so frustrated with Dior. Their site glitches are SO frustrating. I am not exaggerating when I tell you I’ve been calling them for 6 weeks now, 6 times before I finally escalated. Holding & having to catch up the representative every time. The manager last week was not overly helpful but did finally respond in the timeframe given which is more than anyone else did. The problem was that I couldn’t check out, I’d go to the shopping bag and the screen would just be all blank white. I sent screen shots with timestamps, tried using different browsers and a laptop vs my phone. So frustrating because the limited edition Lilac products I wanted sold out and I missed out on the Mothers Day special free makeup bag and special edition box and ribbon. Plus I’ve been worried about losing my Platinum status because I Want the free bag, lotion & lippy gift. You summed it up, it took the fun out of shopping with them. I could shop other brands OR Dior products on other retailer websites and get discounts when they have sales or by using Rakuten. The free gifts are the only reason I have been loyal to shopping Dior directly.

It depends on the industry, work environment and culture. For me, i love cute handbags plus a separate laptop bag any day ❤

Yes, the website is super glitch. I received the platinum birthday gift and dislike it. Why would I want a notebook and pencils???? Pretty worthless. The other level birthday gifts are much better. The welcome gift and the holiday gift are really nice though.

I still love my LV reverse monogram bbkbags clutch! It's versatile, fits a variety of items, and is definitely a workhorse! I think seeing it everywhere (like the LV speedy) is proof that it's already a classic.

Such an interesting video! I think hiding your Uniqlo bags will help! 😂 Just wondering how many designer and non-designer handbags (including Uniqlo) do you have in your collection now? Wonder if there is a magic number or formula to calculate the number of bags that we need to serve all our functional and fun/fashion needs, while maximising usage per bag, optimisation problem 😂 I have 7 designer bags and rotate / use these all year round. And I have 4 non designer bags, two of which are basket bags for the beach, these only get used occasionally.

Now that it’s not raining as much here in Germany, I’m looking forward to using my Picotin 18 as well! I got mine last year for 2320€ and I think now it’s about 2500€? I know for sure that the Picotin 22 in Clemence leather is now 2700€.

Same, word for word. So much so, that I just simply decided to drop the Dior game. My Platinum expires soon and I was wondering if it starts over again with pearl, silver, gold, etc. Which, I see, is the case, and much more fun. I have had so many issues with the site that I gave up...CS is underwhelming at times, the last straw was when half the complimemtary samples were not included and CS was just: "Well, they ran out, sorry". Packaging has been subpar lately, just like someone else mentioned, stuff thrown around the box, not as neatly wrapped, just as if someone threw it there with resentment. There is more but I don't like whining, so I'll stop here. Basically, reading everyone's comments completely overlaps my experience. So I'll give it a break and just order whenever I need something. Some of their products are wonderful, some not so much. The whole level game is involving, but I feel like I am the only one invested in playing the fair game, not them. And to be completely honest and fair: I was almost sure I would have to go through the same old tooth pulling endurance about my Platinum Birthday gift, and decided to just let go and not even attempt anything, but they actually had it in my cart on the date, I claimed it immediately and miraculously it arrived within a little more than 24 hours after claiming it online!!!! I was floored.

I can relate, I think I'm gonna do all these fun things but realistically, I work, do mom stuff and exercise.😅

If I was you I would probably not sell the original Dior book tote to get the one with the strap. - Albsolutely sure though, you have to decide...😊I also don't know the prices .😆But it seems like you have a lot of top handle bags that you are not using and you seem to prefer the more practical Uniqlo bags... It seems that practicality it the problem with some of these bags in the video (they are all very pretty). At least it would be for me. Maybe it is worth considering a cross body strap with a future purchase ...I enjoyed your video. It is nice to see people giving an honest update on how they actually use their bags.

All 3 of those designer bags are a FORTUNE new. Im sure most your viewers could not afford new or even gently used.
