How long the entire process take ? I mean since I started the application till I fully get registered in the gmc?
It varies from 15 days to several months, depending upon documentation provided and needed. Once the application started it closes in 3 months time if not processed and you may require to apply for it again in case you could not provide the documents on time within 3 months.
If someone got failed in Plab 2. Did you have to prepare for plab 2 only or have to prepare for plab 1 again and then move to plab 2?

Which type of pencil you use
For reading and listening parts B and C (which are marked by a computer), it is advised to use 2B pencils (There is a difference between 2 B and 2 HB pencils, for instance, 2B are darker than 2HB, helps computer recognize your circles with ease). For other sections, you can use a pen or any pencil.

No we do not need to go to the UK for registration since we had already gone to the Uk for plab 2 exam and they had already verified our IDs.

Yes, if you want to come back and practice in India, you need to fulfill all the requirements provided by NMC.
Currently, I'm in my Final year MBBS from Pakistan. I want to give Plab. I have a Hepatitis B infection. Can I do the job after clearing Plab in the UK with this infection or not? Is there any occupational health checkup for hepatitis before the Job? Please guide me so that I can start my preparation with no confusion.

Also, a lot of things would have changed 5 years down the line :)

No you cannot if you dont have a primary registration after passing FMGE.
We cant write 0.8 , only 800micrograms

@@dr__spinach oh, so what can I do now 😅 I actually thought I’ll submit no objection certificate from my state and dmc appointment date since those were the documents my hospital required as proof that we would get the registration in a few days time.
Dmc has very clear guidenlines on woking in Delhi as a medical doctor. Only permanently registered doctors are eligible, provisional registration is not considered. Call them once to clear your doubts regarding that.

Ma'am from what I've understood from your videos is that first we prepare for Plab 1 and 2...then gmc registration right.... What after that? Do we have matching programs as in the US? Also, do we need clinical electives or research paper that is reqd for USMLE? Please guide me ma'am!
Next you apply for the jobs. Having electives and research published only increases your chances for getting a job, they arent mandatory. PG in the Uk is called the training programme which is based on your application, how strong your cv is and how you perform in your interview, this opportunity opens twice a year. Hope it helps! :)

im a student 2019 batch MBBS in china and im about finish my final year next month ane want to peruse my internship in india so and ive seen guideline which is saying that it is necessary to do your internship in the same university where you conducted the study and because of that im confused about doing internship in india so can i do it or not please let me know ..
I am not very well versed with recent guidelines, there have been many changes as such in those due to covid 19 pandemic and on-line medical education. I would suggest to take advise from your immediate senior batches and discuss about this with your friends and batchmates at your university.

They ask it when you start filling up the form if you are registered or not, and the questions probably will follow according to that.
