This is insightful but extremely time consuming... What everyone writing Plab2 should understand is that, at the stage of our med journey, we no longer Medical students, most of us are already raising families, so in our 24hrs of the day we have priorities more important than studying, therefore we are forced to adapt to studying methods that are time efficient which will enable us pass d exam even if it at the expense of a greater understanding of the topic

I understand, but you can always take more time longitudnally if you cant dedicate long hours in a day. I have seen my friends and even with my personal experience - when you understand the exam well- thats when you dont have to take it twice. So instead of rushing to take the exam, its better to take more time and prepare well. If you have ways, that are more time efficient and can help you pass, well thats even better! Please enlist here as well so it can benefit other doctors taking plab-2 exam :)
