Something needs to change!

HELP STOP SUICIDES!!
Indian youth are commiting suicide because of increased academic and societal pressure. The postgraduate medical residency is filled with toxic environment and work overload leaving no room for one's own reflection.
`The mental well being of a student needs to be above all academic curriculum or overload stresses'
SPEAK UP AND DO NOT ACCEPT THIS BEHAVIOUR FOR YOURSELF OR FOR YOUR FRIENDS AND COLLEAGES'.
If no one listens, get out of the situation, your life is more precious than any degree will ever be.
