How does one make a diy gas bike?

Water can cause the solider corrosion begin. I had 2 that just came apart at the joints after repeatedly getting wet over time. Its not instant as presumed but does happen. So both you and your trolls are wrong and I am right. Debating is over loser 👍 😁

I have a port matched 66cc china motor with reed valve 21mm carn ported piston boost port non balanced crank almost always wide open no pedals and has so much miles and very reliable, I was very suprised with the china motor

How would you fix 4 stroking at mid to max throttle, or where would you start? Idle to half throttle is perfect. So far I advanced timing as far as possible without modification of the woodruff key on the magnet, and carb pin is set in the middle and running b7hs plug and clone exhaust. Otherwise it's an out of the box chinadoll with a hub adapter running premix from home depot on a 36 tooth sprocket. Loaded question I'm sure but I could use a good starting point point

Hello my issue is the opposite of a missing ball bearing. For some reason after taking the clutch pressure plate off for diagnosing then putting back on, the bucking bar sticks out too far on the other side which makes the cam shaft not turn at all. Which in turn makes me unable to rotate the clutch rod, making it so I can’t engage to clutch at all. Any ideas?

@LAHover For my Seeutek 80 Would you recommend replacing a piston/cylinder and bearings if there is a decent bit of play when you move the piston? it wobbles a bit but i generally still don’t have vibration issues or performance issues. Just curious thanks!!

For what it's worth...it's been my experience that SOMETIMES... FRONT wheel drive ONLY works better than AWD in certain slowly moving, off road tight turns. I think this is because with even with AWD, the rear wheel drive is STILL pushing against the direction that the front wheel drive is pulling...but of course, overall, AWD is by far the best...as you said. "No going back."

I tried it that way. I stayed about 2-3mm from the top where it's thicker. I did a test fit, and now you can seeabout a 3-4mm gap when the piston hit bottom. The hole is supposed to be gone right? Or does that matter.

I think a gas-powered bike versus a electric bike race would be fantastic to watch. One race should be a 1-mile sprint and the other race should be a 100-miles marathon to see where it stacks up.

I have a decent e-bike and I love it. But I bought one of the gas ones because I like to tinker I got sold 100 cc kit on an old Roadmaster frame stuck in high gear so it was super hard to start because he put a jackshaft kit on it. Is it going 2 cost what I paid again to get it right but that's okay. Only thing that sucks is it needs everything. Split plug wires carburetors derailleur, I'm kind of an optimist so when I get it fixed I will be that much more proud. Toyed with the idea of getting a whole new kit but that's not me, is the work with what you got challenge.

never heard of a gas bike burning a house down or catching fire at 50 mph . never heard of gas bikes using child slave labor for battery minerals . never herd ofa gas bike taking all day to gas up

The MC3 is a great bike, but the freewheel CANNOT be removed. 5 times I asked Mooncool about this problem and they keep putting me off.

Having to face those manufacturing ramifications is a little annoying, we can purchase a 100$ Amazon china doll kit and most of the time not worry about a fuel tank leaking.

My back wheel is locked..can’t get the bike to roll plus the flower nut seems too tight..I can’t tighten or loosen..it came this way

I like the 50ccs, if you figure out the compression and run a proper 2 stroke pipe it will definitely be usable, I searched around and got a 2 stroke scooter exhaust to install and the little motor finally acted like a refined small engine. They cut to many corners when they paint the motors, ordering a bare metal engine and taking care of the finish is the way to go!
