This is just my personal headcanon, but the first few minutes of Orion Acaba's Draconian Knights gives the impression Tiberius is a dimensional traveller. I personally like to think when Ocaba's Tiberius left the early campaign he plane-shifted back to his dimension and thus begins Ocaba's Draconian Knights radio play. Meanwhile, the Tiberius that resides in Exandria is one we never actually met. For the sake of closing a plothole with that, assume AC's Tiberius arranged for Lockheed to be placed into EX Tiberius' possession rather than take the pseudo-dragon back with him. Vox Machina make the assumption both are one and the same, and there you have it - best of both worlds. I'm not gonna lie, I wouldn't mind seeing fanfiction where Tiberius stuck around... or they meet the other Tiberius. Maybe I should write some? xD
