Great video podcast Robbie. Certainly puts us in the picture to the amount of work in the background, it takes to produce just one episode of Canal Boat Diary's. Hmm speeding boaters can be very annoying, and it's not just some hire boaters, but also some boaters who know better.. Keep safe pal, may bump into at some point on our journeys.. 😊🍻

Watched every episode of canal boat diaries, I find them very interesting and also relaxing viewing. I like the way you mix the canal journey with the historic and picturesque views of the surrounding countryside. All done with a down to earth and easy to follow narrative. Would love to join you on the water when I'm well and with a boat and tow rope😂. Often thought of design/creating a refridgeration storage unit for narrow boats to sit slightly above/below the water line, using the natural temperature of the water to keep things cool. What do you think? Pring is my fave season too. I'm getting over Hep C infection from transfusion in hospital 1973. Cured in 2017 with non interferon meds but have Chirrosis that needs medicating I'm sure. I'm a signwriter and commercial artist and would love to start working slowly innitially if only the government would give me a chance and stop evading ACCOUNTABILITY slandering their victims. It’s 21 years since my wife and I did the Erne navigation here in Ireland and watching Robbie’s excellent series, videos and posts makes me want to leave aside the caravan and get back in a boat!! Love all the content Robbie, keep it cranked!! 👍🙂

I know nothing about cranking it Robbie, apart from what I’ve learnt from all your videos. I watched your first years avidly and fell in love with your evocative music, marvelling on how you captured the magic of canals, their beauty and their sometimes melancholy charm. I was amazed, and couldn’t wait to see Pub of the Week, of course😉 I don’t live in the UK, and I suppose I guess that since Covid, a huge number of pubs have disappeared anyway, but is there any chance that you could show us canal life again as you used to, not as made for TV, but from your personal point of view? I guess you have moved on, and that’s part of your life that’s in the past now, but I miss your videos blended with your wonderful music.
