I know this vid is like 12 years old now, but I was just browsing player homes and it occurred to me that I could, theoretically, make my own. So I came looking for tutorials and yours popped up. Thanks for this, it's really taken the mystery out of the whole thing - it seemed really daunting before, but from watching this an idle thought has become something I'm actually going to attempt. :)

After ages of looking I went here, and found my mountain looks hugely different with mods, and that the chest was deffinitively inside the mountain rocks.. so I had to NoClip my way in there. xD

I am curious why some weapon mounts and racks fail to work properly in like Hendraheim for example. The weapon falls off the rack to the other side of the wall. You have to tcl your way thru the wall to find your weapon. Or other times a random weapon like a two handed dwarven mace will get stuck in a rack. It doesn't seem to matter which it's all of them.

I watched this video today 11 yrs after it was posted just to make sure if I got the right treasure chest ...in my case i searched for 10 min on the mountain found a chest in the bushes and got very shitty loot ... just making sure if it was the treasure map one or random one xD

Thank you for the video. Unfortunately it still isn't working for me. I am using vortex, and a mod that alters imperial armor appearance. Unfortunately the base armor rating is too low for my taste and I want to cjange it to make sure imperial patrols don't get owned by wolves and mud crabs. I just don't know how to make the creation kit understand I want to alter the modded armors vase stat

I followed the instructions step by step and the activator shows I can click it but when I do, it won't display anything. In other words, I did everything to the letter as you, it won't let me display anything even though it says I can.

What do you do if/when CK will NOT set a file to active file? I've tried repeatedly, and my files refuse to be set to active.

this is the best detail of mafia 2 I downloaded the game just because of that 🤣. no wonder it competed with GTA 4 because both are rich in details and some incredible details in GTA don't have mafia mob and vise
