LOL Just bought an apple watch battery lasts 2 days, umm I was not aware of the sleep thing..Also the house thing we always get that from people we own our manufactured home and just pay lot rent umm no I am not buying a home right now, also we used to care so much about people's opinions but now we are doing our thing, and we can afford to do fun things other people that have that huge home payment cant. I am going to go to Mexico to live for a few months and we will also travel a lot in the next 2 years, something we would not be able to do if we had bought a home like u said from the pressure of people telling us to.

Gods timing is perfect. We bought our first house an investment property 6 years ago paid it off in two years and we looked and looked for another investment property we almost settled for something but it was not worth what we would be paying. This April we closed on our second investment house and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. Hoping In a few years we will find our dream home. The right one will come at the right time. ☃️⛄️

No matter the interest rate or price of the house you can’t compare paying someone else’s mortgage (renting) vs paying your own mortgage. I’d still pay my own mortgage vs someone else. Especially if you guys can afford it BUT I would say don’t settle find your dream home it can take months. Search everyday all day. God will bless you guys w/your dream home 🙌🏼☃️⛄️

Team Hydrojug I agree with some comments, don't let it scare you that much you can always refinance into a lower interest rate, another thing to know is that every year the property taxes go up and it sucks there's other things that you need to take in consideration but i sure am grateful we have our home and that we bought when we did! Good luck with your home journey, aganlo cuando esten listos not because of other people, but know that you won't regret buying because of the equity that will be getting higher, you won't ever loose. ☃
