Being a stay home mom can break a woman, literally. I been a stay home mom for 3 years and I swear I lost myself completely. The only thing that I love is that I get to drop off and pick up my kids from school. ❤ But I feel like taking care of the house, cooking, cleaning and kids it’s a job that we don’t get credit for. Plus many times you can go not being appreciated or people can say oh you don’t work. 😮😮

My dad was given a pup when me and my siblings were kids. He lasted us 17 years, we put him down when we were all adults. Most of us were in the room and once he took his last breathe, our heart broke, we all cried so much. Having him was the most beautiful thing growing. I miss him so much, I’m really here crying lol

losing a pet is the worst heart break. i had my cat since i was 7 and he passed away when i was 19.. honestly i truly lost my best friend 💔 but that is very true about dogs needing the manly hood! my cousin neutered his dog and ever since he changed 100% , like he actually lost his like “i’m the man “

Both of y’all have inspired me to start my fitness journey I haven’t started running just yet but I started with walking a few miles a day and going to the gym I feel amazing & it’s has now become so therapeutic to me to go on a walk everyday. I can’t stress enough how you two are my favorite ❤️ you’re so positive and influential and so so humble!! I hope Franco had a blast at Disney for his bday 🥳🐭🐭… we also have a golden doodle who will be two and I get so sad thinking of his age. We had a yorkie our son was growing up with but had to put him down a few years ago and it was the hardest thing ever! Our 7 year old who was 5 at the time really took it to heart and still thinks about about him dogs really are another family member 🥺

So random fact. Ive been counting down this duty (husband is a marine recruiter which if you dont know is one of the hardest 3 years to get through) week rather than by days. (Its somehow quicker) and i count them down by podcast lol. So as long as i listen to yalls podcast each friday i know we are a week closer to finishing this recruiting duty.
