After watching Saw X, you can now understand why William and his heath insurance company denied John coverage. I have to say, I feel bad for William and his colleagues now. They died because they denied John coverage for a treatment which in the end turned out to be a scam.

It's amazing cuz you know he is speaking the truth. This and itself is slap in the face. I mean honestly, why are we not taking a page from the Philippines books better we will be off. Basically we're paying a doctors just to keep us alive. It costs thousands, not millions of dollars just to keep a person alive to fight for their lives. How f***** up is that we have to pay someone just to keep us alive. It's a wonder half of a surfer to underground surgery, black market or do. Things were never thought we would do for our loved ones like harvesting organs and then everyone especially politicians ask how has a nation come to this? Well, maybe they need to take a good look in the mirror because maybe it wouldn't be necessary if we weren't forced by our hands just to keep loved ones alive by going out of our ways like that.

My friend has brain cancer, and he is only 40. Has had 2 surgeries for it in the last 6 months. His only fear in his life was cancer as it took his mother. He always said when he talked about it in the 20+ years I've known him, he doesn't want to die that way. I have to call him soon to see how its "going". He got news that spurred him to get 2nd opinions in far away places.... Its hard to even type this and not cry because i love my friend.

Many doctors don't heal, they prolong our suffering, giving us things that only slow and prolong diseases but never cure them - because of they did, they'd never make the money they do or have the reputation they do have.

So their sorry really means "sorry for your eventual death and that our policy doesn't meet your needs but that's how our company does business."

Spoilers for the Deleted Scenes of _Saw X:_ Evidently a slightly shortened and modified version of this scene was almost included in _Saw X,_ with the dialogue lightly changed to imply he's talking about Cecilia's treatment. (Basically just changing "he" to "she.") Kinda wish they had included it. The slight continuity error would have been worth it just to tie it together.

When he says Piranha is just Funny. "We got our asses backwards here." True words. The way he controls the room scary & comforting at the same time. Tobin Bell should've won oscar for his performance as Jigsaw. He nailed this role liks Heath nailed Joker. RDJ nailed Iron man. Hugh naild Wolverine.

Let's say William decides to secretly help John by giving him the coverage. You know what happens? Every other patient like John who comes in for coverage will be turned away but John's treatment is accepted. So William has allowed Jigsaw to live, but would Kramer still give him a test? William has in turn chosen who lives and dies.
