I thought the tourist visa was different than the 90 day visa and you can only apply for the non O visa with a 90 visa and not the tourist visa? Are you saying get a tourist visa, then apply for a 90 day visa, then apply for a non O visa? Why not apply for the 90 days visa in your home country? Doesn't a tourist visa require a round trip ticket?

So, you say that marital assets, not covered in a prenuptial, are divided 50/50. I can see that when as a married couple they acquire property or a house. However; what if the Thai party already owns multiple parcels of land etc. and this is not mentioned in as any registered prenup, do these then become assets that will be split 50/59? In this instance the foreign party gains at the expense of the Thai…. Does this occur?

I'm currently retired in the United States and the retirement age in the united States is age 65 66 and 72 and who's in the world would have the money for the Thai Requirements. I'm sure millions of Thai women That still living in the united States and they cannot go back to Thailand for retirement.

As I'm new to all this I'm bombarded online with the notion that I must pay anything up to 50, 000 baht for an agency to help me with the retirement visa application.
