Hy me and my wife have a shop in chiangmai where she sells coffee and food (99% foreign breakfast).
We dont have a registered company or something.
Any idea if there is a way that I can help her there without getting in trouble? Registering company on her is this a possibility,? + getting a workpermit ?
I can't really find stuff about that online
    Thank you

Hello. You can't work in the shop without having a work permit. So if you want to do it legally, register a business under your Wife Name and obtain a work permit. Please, do not consider as a legal advice, it's just what I personally know how it works. The best thing to start is to consult with a lawyer in your area

It’s simple. Don’t ever invest in Thailand. Come enjoy laugh drink laugh. Don’t ever invest your hard earned dollars in Thailand. Too many laws and variables
Forget the investment. Just come and enjoy. Otherwise you will lose everything
