    Are there any specific rules or guidelines I should be aware of before attending a Vipassana retreat in Thailand?

    • @THAILANDEASY_
      @THAILANDEASY_  Před rokem

      Yes, there are usually several rules and guidelines that participants are expected to follow, such as abstaining from drugs, alcohol, and sexual activity during the retreat. It's also important to follow the center's schedule and instructions, and to be respectful of the other participants and the retreat environment.

    • @THAILANDEASY_

      Most Vipassana meditation centers in Thailand including Wat Pa Tam Wua operate on a donation basis, which means that participants are asked to contribute what they can afford to help cover the costs of the retreat.
